I hope this 2 words are enough to let you away from here.never trust them, i came to change my device here, they told me it's not repairable, they stole my parts to sell it to other customers.

Shame

Been visiting them for a decade, they have built me already three custom gaming computers. They do take some time to build but the end result is always stellar!

They do fantastic work for my computer, build me a gaming computer on a tight budget and took about a week. Its really difficult to find any reasonably priced gaming computer nowdays due to video card ordeal. Thanks!

They did fantastic job with my computer, I work in NJ for whole month with no days off and have only a single day per month to do my personal errands. This place did fast virus cleaning and also installed original Norton antivirus and got rid of all the annoying advertisements and pop-ups. Pricing was reasonable. I watched part of a great movie while I wanted for the job to be done.

Helped me resolve my Gmail issue that I was not able to receive emails at all from my bank and such. They are very knowledgeable and have reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

They do fabulous work on my computers for more than a decade I have been their customer. Good people! Installed Norton today like I do every year to ensure my computers run the best they can be.

A horrible place! Avoid at all costs!

The photo store that is near to me printer was down, and I needed just a few copies (six pages) of simple black and white text for a project the next day. I went to Samex, had never been there before, and inquired if they made copies. The person behind the counter, Alex, seemed very nice and said sure, just email what I needed to them and it would be no problem. I must admit the TV blaring a Russian TV show was a bit bothersome. I walked back home, sent them the copies, and then went back, about a 10 minute walk each way.

Upon returning, Alex was still behind the counter and now watching TV along with another man. ‘Hi, ’ I said. ‘I sent you the copies. ’ Alex told me that I would have to wait a minute and he continued to watch the TV. After about four, or five minutes, the other man sitting with Alex got up and came over. He very gruffly said in a very heavy Russian accent, “okay, what do you need? ” I said, “I sent you a document, and I just need the last six pages copied. ’ I gave him my email and he opened the document. But when he printed out the pages, they were the wrong ones! I told him this and he said, “okay, wait a minute. ” He then went back to Alex who was still watching TV and they chatted in Russian. He then started to watch the TV! I really needed the copies so I waited. After a few minutes, he came back over and started to play around with the mouse. I said, “it’s just the last 6 pages, that’s all I need. ” “Okay, okay, ” he said, just wait. He turned the computer towards me and said, “show me what you need. ” “Just the last 6 pages of the document, ” I said again. But instead of using the scroll bar on the right of the computer screen, he just kept using the mouse to wiz buy the correct pages to start from (it was only a 15 page document). “No, ” I said. “Please, just go to page 9 and print out pages through 15. ” But instead of scrolling to page 9, he just kept wizzing by it with the mouse. I leaned in to tell him to please use the scroll bar on the right side of the screen and smelled his breath- he was drunk! I asked Alex, who was still watching the loud TV, if he could please print out the copies. Without looking at me he snarled, “I’m busy! ” Then the drunken guy told me, “okay, get out, who needs you! ”

Just horrible. I then had to walk to a printing shop, 20 minutes each way in the rain to get six pages of copies. I will never, ever go to Samex again.

Fantastic service - I absolutely recommend.
I came in as a walk-in with a laptop stripped screw and a stripped/recessed screw issue and they helped me right away. I had despairingly expected drilling but the lead technician was very skilled in dealing with the two damaged ones' extractions.

The lead technician is very informative, I learned a lot about upgrading my laptop during the battery replacement process.
Will definitely be happy to return!

Great service replaced screen and did clean up in less then an hour, Alex was the one to help me and he did a great and efficient job,

Dropped off drive on Monday. Had to call few times to find out if it was fixed. On Thursday found out that drive has mechanical issues and this place cannot fix it. In addition, only cash is accepted for payment. No credit or debit cards. It’s 2021 who doesn’t accept credit/debit cards?

Some Sacha (salesman), russian guy tall like dance pole and just as thin, told me on my HDD repair order, that he can’t give me back failed drive because there are magnets inside. On my question Why he can’t do this, he gazed deeply into my eyes and slowly said (warning). He is Gemini. I don’t know what he mean and how he links drive repair and astrological signs, but its drive needed for lab recovery and this doesn’t matter you are Gemini or not. They are really stucky people and not understandable as to me.
