Sam's Club, Plattsburgh NY

You get exactly what you expect. Larger volumes for lower unit cost. The store us well laid out, clean, and neat. And, gasoline prices are the lowest in town.

Was wonderful until employees started harassing me about health issues and masks. I have several reasons not to wear a mask, and since I'm the only driver in my home, I am the one who shops for the household.

Always like shopping here, always good prices. I just shopped there for food for my son's wedding and it did not cost a fortune, that was very nice. The only thing I really have a problem with is the fact that I can't use cash in the self checkout. Given that that is my only real issue I would say they do quite well!

The store is all about quality from the food, clothes and everything else. The prices are great and they are selling somethings in smaller packages such as the meat.

Experience was short n sweet, grabbed a rotisserie chicken which are always good. Some times they are fall off the bone good. Today not so much and curious as to why.

Had a list and was successful finding all items plus purchased other items needed. Store and bathrooms very clean, neat, and tidy.

Love love love shopping at Sam's club. As usual i find too many things that i like. And usually go home with a car filled. My only wish is that Sam's Club was closer to where i live. But until that happens Plattsburgh's Sam's Club is where it's at.

Bought flooring but was limited on number of boxes to 12 for same price. Needed 26. Guess I have to shop somewhere else

Love to shop here for all of our fresh fruit! And the scan and go app on the phone is very handy!

Always plenty of associates around to help me find anything I can't locate on my own. Busy today but most registers open so very short check out

Like going there for a change and comparing what they have to costco. They put in self service registers.

Very good service. Friendly people! Had tires balanced on my truck was only there for about 35 minutes.

Great place for when you want to buy in bulk and save some money that way. As well as the obvious food, you can get your car checked, tires, some electronics, household items and some clothes. They have a bit of everything and some unique items that you wouldn't think of buying until you are browsing the store and see it. Staff is always super friendly as well.

Good selection, decent prices. The food court has gone down the deep end, pizza is swimming with grease and the burgers taste like a they came from a school cafeteria.

I normally don't have problems here but they wouldn't fill an order for something I wanted said that I have to go online, just order it for me. So long story short I gave them my card back and told them to keep it because it's completely useless just like the employees that don't seem to do their jobs, lazy lying pigs.

I really love Sam's Club especially at the summer time when you can go in there and get all your camping stuff and paper plates and paper cups things like that in bulk it's great if people like to buy in bulk if you don't like to buy in bulk then I wouldn't suggest going there but I really like it

Called multiple times with a question on an item the website says you have to call on since it doesnt have a price listed. NEVER returned my call. When I spoke to customer service I was told "We have been busy" Glens Falls isnt that far in the opposite direction, go there

Registered here for our wedding a few years ago. Love the selection and the service is helpful and friendly. You can create a gift box or basket and they will put it together while you wait. Love the selection of interesting products and beers - only downfall is that some things are more expensive than at other stores.
