Sam's Club, Latham NY

One of the worst experiences ever had in 30 plus years with auto services at Sam’s Club auto services. I realize sam’s club doesn’t have a full scale auto services except buying tires and change of tires which exactly what I went for. I checked sam’s website and found they had good prices on Michelin tires and bought a sam’s club membership and ordered 4 Michelin tires, set up an appointment to have the tires replaced—a job that normally take any decent auto services garage an hour to get the job done. I went in a half hour earlier before the appointment-10: 00am. After an hour, they called me to tell me that they changed the 2 rear tires but couldn’t take one of the front tires off and asked if l wanted to take the risk of breaking 2 bolts if they had to use the more powerful tool to take them off. I never imagined a garage would even ask a customer to take take kind of risk. So I replied that they used caution and it break the bolts. So, after an hour or so, they called me again to inform me that they couldn’t take the bolts off to change the tires for me. They did gave me a refund for the the work they weren’t able to finish but I took the tires to another garage that got the tires replaced plus oil change within an hour. Looks like Sam’s club needs either appropriate tools or skilled mechanics for the work they advertised for.
I will never go back there and don’t trust what they say they can do.

It's Sam's Club. You have a membership, you know what they have here. Use the scan and go app and you can be in and out in 30 minutes.

I enjoy shopping at Sam's club just wish they would. Come down on price with some of there stuff

Someone needs to educate their employees that the mask needs to cover your nose to be effective. So many of them can't seem to get it right.

Absolute horrible customer service. By far the worse Sam's I've ever been to. Jordan the manger couldn't help at all. I'll be following up with corporate or district management. I'm starting to see why so many Sam's Clubs went out of business.

I'm now a member again.it's been years. I can't wait until school starts just so I can spend hours in there. I've been gone for OVER 4 years! LIFE IS GOOD! I LOVE SHOPPING. I JUST REALLY MISS DOING IT WITH MY MOMMY!

It's convienent, great selection and J live that I can order groceries in advance. Sometimes it's short staffed, so getting my order brought to me at the customer service desk takes awhile, but it's still a convienent to me.

I had a very bad shopping experience at this place today. The first cashier was busy chatting with a customer for two minutes, she saw me waiting there but just keep talking, so I gave up and switched to another lane. The second cashier was just scanning items for the customer before me, on his cart. Then she asked me to put everything in my cart outside. I did it, and asked her why the man before me can keep items in the cart but I can't. She first said because he had "multiple purchases", which I don't really know what that means. Then she said it's a new rule, according to the new manager, also something about size of items and finally she admitted she SHOULD HAVE TOLD THE MAN TO TAKE EVERYTHING OUT BUT SHE DID NOT. I don't know what this new manager did, but this place is going down.

I usually have a good experience at Sam's but today I dealt with tire and battery. They misplaced my paperwork, my car was under a cancelled file. The gentleman although frustrated was trying to be kind

Ordered 4 tires online and it arrived within 4 days. Installation was done professionally. Great price.

This is by far the best Sams Club location that I have ever been to. The store is big, spacious, clean and modern looking. This location had more inventory and selection than I'm used to seeing at a Sams Club, including cell phone accessories. Even though the store was crowded, there was no wait to check out. The cashier was fast and efficient. Compared to their competitors over in Colonie, this place is a palace. I'll definitely be returning to shop here again.

I never get the feeling like the employees want to help me find items. And when they do, it usually takes a long time to locate items or tell me that they don’t have it.

Terrible customer services. I got Pepsi and went to unload it by it popped. So I went to exchange it but a lady made me wait for 10min. I called the manger and he yelled at the lady. Also I did get my exchanged Pepsi.

I love that they carry clothes from Eddie Bauer, but are limited on popular sizes. They reduced the DVD and Blu-rays available.
Used to have more of a selection before.

Experience was fine just disappointed that a lot of the brands I used to purchase are no longer available except Member's Mark. I use a lot of olive oil the Italian brands are no longer available I guess I will be shopping elsewhere.

Got everything I need good experience. Only down side I wish more food is available in the morning.

If you're buying the rotisserie chicken make sure everything thing is there. Twice now missing a leg. The help must have been hungry. I will check from now on.

From out-of-state & went to purchase fresh fruit. Sam's proved dependable as had same tasty fresh fruit as at home. GPS helped us locate Sam's in mall area.

Like the price of the rotisserie chicken, hate to have to go home and cook it for another half hour. They test the breast for doneness. The thighs take the longest to cook.
