Espectacular gym with everything you need, old school environment, it really should be a museum, highly recommended with friendly people and staff, I travel from Buffalo NY just to feel what great training is all about!

Stopped by on a work trip. This place is so awesome. Easy to get lost in your workout, lots of cool equipment. Friendly people.

It's a real bodybuilding gym, rough rugged and raw. The people that are there are there to train. No bs like you find in many commercial gyms. Owners and staff are all very nice people. Whenever I walk in I
Feel like it's a home away from home. All the pics of bodybuilders and athletes on their walls are inspiring to be around and you can feel the legacy of them flowing through you as you train. Plus one of their trainers competed with schwarzenegger in his prime. Very few people around here let alone the world can say that. Most gyms dont have enough equipment where as here there is 10 of everything enough for days. Such a rich history too I love reading all the articles. Recently came back after a hiatus, you don't realize how awesome this place is until you go elsewhere. It's not a day spa type place but if you are into serious training this place is a haven. Love too it's never overcrowded I can get in and out and complete my routine quickly.

Amazing when yo are in this please you feel like a home. Everyone who go there is special
