Samsung just delivered a gas oven to my house that I paid for installation and haul away on but sent two delivery men whom did not have experience or confidence with un installing a gas unit. I now have my old broken oven still hooked up to the gas line and a new oven next to it taking up more space in the kitchen and not functional. I paid money for this to be done #samsung

Such a cool place to come. Especially when you want free popsicles or drinks by playing fun Samsung games and taking refuge from the hot New York sun and humidity.

Apple stores managed to stay open. You cancelled the galaxy note. For that reason I am switching away from Samsung to Apple, good riddance!

Have a tv image issue, I run a Diagnostic image test which prompts me to call Samsung care. I called, just hearing the reps voice so careless about my issue was so disappointing the rep was more focus on making me spend more money. I always have been a loyal Samsung customer from tv, phone and other devices. I work 5 days a week and live alone and now I have a 600 dollar tv that didn’t even last me 2 years. Smdh

I had a very helpful girl who worked there but some of the staff seem stuck to talking among themselves the ones that wore black shirts and pants

Absolutely disgusting a 90 year old man accompanying his family was chased because he was sitting down downstairs and no accommodation given for him to find a place to sit without going to second floor. No respect for a senior citizen. Real negative attitude by personnel. Give zero Stars if that were possible

It's the only original Samsung hub in town. It's a huge, modern facility. Customer service was great, very helpful and friendly.

Really nice place! They have virtual reality stations and you can experience their products. All the staff there are really friendly.

Went there for service on my out of warranty S7 - fixed it expertly at minimal cost, and I enjoyed awesome futuristic VR experiences during the short wait!

Not worth the trip if your phone is broke and you want a repair they just look at the phone and tell you. I went there with a corner of my screen broken, they saw it and right away told me $250.00, however if you want to see their new stuff it is a nice place.

Store is beautiful and they have a lot of interesting to see.but the techs are dismissive and if you need something fixed like a charging port good luck. You will pay for it even if it is under warranty

First time I visited the store was closed for an event. Hired security guard was less than friendly. Second time I went was told that the tech staff went home early. 0/2 Samsung.

My experience at the Samsung store at 837 Washington Street was exemplary. My phone was correct way before the time expected and my customer service ice rep, Michael was amazing and extremely helpful. I would recommend Samsung to ALL my friends.

Come for the Tech, stay for the Tech. Snack area on the 2nd floor, this flagship's sole purpose is to get you to play and interact. Ambassadors are there to educate, while the techs are present for repairs. Catch limited performances by follow the events online. Sorry, folks, no public bathroom here.

THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WISH I COULD DO LESS THAN 1 star.came in here to check out the new samsung phone nd what other best place to see then the samsung big corporate building. Cant believe nonexistent customer recognition there is here. Even with guys standing at the front entrance no one actually greeted me or tell me where the phone is to see and try. Till I wondered up the nice staircase to see a security guard just stand there and watch some African american employee at the round table condescendingly yell at a nice young lady about doing something wrong. I dont kno if he was a manager but no one should be talking to anyone that manner esp a female. If that behavior is encourgaed here i would love to report higher. Movin along I walk around to see the phone and two guys standing around look at me and just say hi nothing else. What does one person have to do to get customer service and maybe show me the phone and whats so hevily advertised on the new technology. One fellow sitting down on the back table by computers seem free so I ask for help and he sees tech dep is "white shirt" I go to speak with some of them in "white shirts" now I know as tech guys and very unreliable unwilling service I received. The guy at the round table who was yelling earlier, told me go speak to "black shirts" for phone questions in very rude condescending way again. I am a big samsung loyal user since galaxy s2 but this place with such bad workers makes me wish I dont have to buy Samsung ever again if the attitude is horrendous and bad treatment. Get toss around for help instead and maybe I would ve buy a new phone today but Apple store always seems busy with workers wanting to help fix and sell products. Shame I am leaving to buy Apple iphone when my verizon plan upgrade is due for sure

I went to this samsung location because I just received my note 8 that day. There was a truck outside. I was told that a promotion is going on and you needed to be on the list, I guess. However the people in the truck would be able to help me. I waited on the line only to get to the person. I was told they are only helping people phone was not working. So they was not helping people they was just turning us away and not trying to help at all. After I done came all this way because I work in Brooklyn however I live in the Bronx. Any New Yorker knows once you get seat on the train the last thing you want to do is get off the train. Only not to be helped and this was a Friday after 5: 00 p.m. I called the Samsung number in front of the young lady listen to the recording. I told her the recording did not state that a promotion was going on. If it did I would not have waste my time especially on a Friday after work. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS! Shame on you
