Dr. Cho is a wonderful doctor. Visit to this office are on time. I was on good hands for my back surgery.

Dr. Cho and his assistant Mark were courteous and explained in clear detail the different treatments available for my condition. Dr. Cho listened all my concerns and took time to provide additional information I requested. Excellent experience.

Thank God for Dr. Cho’s gift and bedside manner. My significant other was suffering in pain / borderline cripple when he went for a consultation with Dr. Cho. Dr. Cho is thorough, honest and trustworthy. Back surgery is not an easy decision for most but we are forever grateful to Dr. Cho and his team. The surgery was successful and life changing. My guy now has the light of life back in his eyes and he is smiling again.

There aren't enough words to express the gratitude I have for Dr. Cho and his entire team. A few months ago I was in dire pain and wasn't sure if I'd be able to walk normally ever again. Just doing basic things like taking a shower and getting dressed were agonizing experiences, to say the least. I went to Dr. Cho and he explained to me the severity of my lower back problems, which were causing the excruciating pain I was in. I felt very comfortable with his diagnosis and did not hesitate to move forward and have surgery. It's been 7 weeks post- surgery and I can say I'm pain-free and able to walk normal again. Dr. Samuel Cho, Dr. Mark Henry, and the rest of his team were absolutely fantastic! It was my first surgery, let alone a spinal one, and the team relieved a lot of my worries. I’m happy to say I’ve regained a lot of function in both legs/lower back since the surgery besides the PT that followed. Very genuine and really kind. I felt supported and cared for throughout my experience. The whole ortho spine surgical team at Mount Sinai West were very friendly, especially Nurse Esther! I’m really glad I came out with a great experience; it’s rare to find such.

I met Dr. Cho last year when dealing with severe pain in my lumbar spine. Dr. Cho left my mind at ease after the first appointment I had with him and assured me that his very detailed surgical plan would be of a great help. He is clearly an expert in his field and his passion for his speciality is evident. Dr. Cho's bedside manner is incredible too. He was even kind enough to say hello to my two young children via Facetime while I was in the hospital post-surgery and reminded them that he took good care of me! I am immeasurably grateful for Dr. Cho and would easily recommend him to anyone who sadly deals with spinal problems.

The wait time was great. The staff very nice. My evaluation was through. The only problem for me was the location living in Queens and traveling to a congested area in Brooklyn. I selected Dr Cho because he was recommended by two of my Dr.

Dr. Cho and his PA Mark Henry are top notch. I've suffered from chronic nerve pain in my legs most of my life and he was the first Spinal Surgeon to listen to me, get imaging done and diagnose what had been causing my pain - a disc protrusion. Dr. Cho then preformed a Microdiscectomy with 0 complications during and post-surgery. I'm 6-weeks post-op nerve free and already getting back to working out. Incredible staff, incredible surgeon, all around 10/10 experience.

I was initially seen by Dr. Cho’s PA, who had excellent bedside manners. He paid close attention to my reports and I felt validated when I expressed my desire to not only treat the back pain but also better understand the root of my issues. He was also thorough when reviewing my X-ray, explaining and helping me understand what he was seeing in the report.

I had the same experience with Dr. Cho. When he came into the room, he was well briefed by his PA, and also allowed me to discuss the struggles I’ve been having.

Most importantly, both physicians answered all of my questions!

I highly recommend, and plan on following up with Dr. Cho once I’ve completed all the referred examinations.

Dr Cho was excellent. He explained everything to me and made me feel confident I was in good hands.

Minimal time spent with Dr. Cho while the PA handled me mostly, after hours of waiting.then, they billed me for seeing BOTH the doc and the PA, while I did not even sign up to see the PA to start with.this, along with a series of other mistakes (administrative mostly), made it a horrible horrible visit experience for me.takeaway is, if you plan to see Dr. Cho, please do consider whether it is worth it to wait for him for hours only to be seen by him for 5 mins and then to be double-billed for both him and the PA.

Excellent doctor. Easy to get appointment. I got an appointment the very first time. Attend to patient in a swiftly manner and listen to your concerns. Explain in detail what to expect after surgery. Great doctor. If you looking for a surgeon who specialized in supine. I Recommend him.
