They have nothing in place for deaf/visual cue patients and their front desk “FORGOT” to advise patient, making her wait 6 weeks wasted time! She should be embarrassed violating the ADA by stating that she won’t wear a barrier mask which protects her and doesn’t strip the needs of patients
I’m just seeing your response and your receptionist is not telling the truth at all as to what transpired. I was a previous patient of yours, as was my grandmother! Your staff didn’t return my call, she admitted she dropped the ball and I do have it all recorded. Don’t assume without finding out all of the facts Dr! Also being private practice doesn’t give you a power higher than a patients needs to effective communication! Unfortunately you have nothing in place for the deaf community. So no, I won’t retract my statement, it’s FACTUAL, unlike yours!
