They make sure your experience isn’t a hassle because they understand how busy everyone’s lives are. I recommend this company to everyone I know. Also the front desk is beyond understanding and will to do what they can for you.

In a recent incident, a customer at Sampson Auto Repair (MY DAUGHTER) had an uncomfortable encounter. The customer's credit card was declined, and in response, the owner, Rob Sampson, made an inappropriate and offensive comment, suggesting that she had to get naked if the transaction didn't go through. This incident highlights the importance of recognizing and addressing inappropriate behavior. It is crucial to create a safe and respectful environment for everyone, regardless of gender, race, or any other characteristic…We want to emphasize that it is never acceptable to treat women, or anyone for that matter, in such an inappropriate manner. Every individual deserves to be treated with courtesy, professionalism, and respect. I approached Rob Sampson, expressing my concerns about his behavior. He admitted his mistake, but instead of showing remorse, he responded with disrespect and hostility, telling me to leave his property. This behavior is not representative of the values we uphold in our community. We must stand united against such treatment and ensure that no one faces discrimination, harassment, or disrespect.
Mr. Sampson. I will end my frustration with this. If we were a time in a place where everyone wasn’t so happy, I can promise you this is not the response or mercy you would be receiving.

From start to finish Cathy took care of everything, working with insurance company to rental car. The quality of my repair was amazing! I would highly recommend this shop to all.

Refuses to pay employees after they refuse to deal with toxic environment. A group of us have reported these owners to labor department. Also creates damage to cars to receive more money from insurance company’s and then polishes out scratches that he creates to scam insurance. BEWARE!

I never write reviews, but I have to applaud the FANTASTIC service I received at Sansone Auto Body! Everybody was so welcoming and friendly, and the body work done on my car came out great! I would def recommend this business to my friends and family…a great experience from start to finish!

Kathy and Sansone Auto Body deserve INFINITY Stars! (This should be an option by the way for businesses like this—like the golden buzzer, they should go directly to everyone’s top pick when looking for an Auto repair shop!) I cannot say enough good things about Sansone. I was in an accident upstate and had to have my car towed back to LI for repair. A friend recommend Sansone, and I immediately called and spoke to Kathy. Not only did she help me navigate the disaster that is insurance claims customer service, but she did so with kindness, knowledge, patience and a sense of humor during a stressful time! She helped me get into a rental car, and helped me navigate conversations with my insurance claim reps. Which BTW—-kids stay in school…. Do not become Insurance claim center customer service reps. I give those people negative stars. I will forever fangirl over Kathy at Sansone and while I hope to NEVER have an accident again, should I be so unlucky too—-this will be the only place I will ever use…. For reals! They repaired my car which had substantial undercarriage damage quickly and with expertise. Outstanding, outstanding! Thank you all so very much especially superstar Kathy!

Hands down the best Auto Body shop in the world- family owned business. I have been going here since my first accident 20 years ago. They have always made a stressful situation INTO a worry free experience and confident it would all be handled. I am extremely blessed to have met this family business so many years ago!

We have been customers of Sansone Auto Body for over a decade. Getting into an accident is always stressful but they really go above and beyond to make the whole process as painless as possible. Cathy is an absolute doll and so knowledgeable. She deals with the insurance companies, arranges for rental cars and really does a great job of keeping you updated…plus she is just a pleasure to talk to. Used Sansone Auto Body for some repairs through my insurance. They were amazing! Fast and reliable. Dropped my car off using their drop box system. They worked around my schedule for me so I can have my car back in a timely fashion. Got my car back without complaints. Looked good as new. Everyone was super nice and understanding, which is always a good thing when your leaving something valuable in someone else’s possession. Thank you again Sansone Auto Body. A forever customer

The best body shop and it honestly isn't even close. They treat you like family and makes sure you're taking care of every step of the way. Cathy is simply the best and her expertise with handling insurance claims and rentals is amazing. Micky, Tony and all the guys in the back do the best job at getting your car back to 100%. Amazing work, amazing customer service. You truly cant make a better choice.

Cathy and her team are such hard working and amazing people and they handled all of my work dealing with the insurance company after being involved in an accident. Really friendly and hard working group couldn't of asked for a better experience. Would recommend too anybody for any type of vehicle work!

Amazing body shop. My vehicle was hit and Cathy in the office handled every single aspect of the process. I only had to pick up the phone once to tell them what day I wanted to drop off my truck. She did all the paperwork for the insurance claim, she set up my rental car and they were all so friendly. When I dropped off my truck they had a rental car waiting for me that they set up with the insurance company, they kept me updated through process and it was such a quick turnaround to get my truck back. My truck came back looking brand new! I am still amazed how smooth the process was. I highly recommend this shop. Top notch!

Let me tell you about these amazing beautiful people at Sansone auto body! From the beginning, when I was just looking for an estimate, the service I got was awesome! Kathy was very friendly and helpful in every way. I had to wait a couple months to finally get it fixed after being rear-ended by a horrible woman and her husband. Kathy was there for me helping me and walking me through everything! I am forever grateful for her! If I could give 100 stars I would. Service, labor, EVERYTHING! You don’t get that just anywhere! If I ever need work done, I don’t have to look anywhere else. Sansone family got my baby looking brand new!

I can’t express enough how helpful Kathy was for me my family’s been using sansone autobody for 15+ years now and with my first encounter I can understand why from every aspect from the rental company to helping out with rental exchange and keeping in contact with me through the whole process I would never use another shop again 10/10
