My mother has been trying to reach Santander customer service for the last 2-3 wks! She calls the hotline, after an hr wait it transfers her to a "rep" then the line disconnects! I get these are unprecedented times but it is unacceptable you can't reach anyone or emails not being answered. Unacceptable!

Poor service! Staff is very rude and unprofessional.
They don’t know how to talk to the costumers.

I want to deposit a checks to my Husband account they don’t allow me to the deposit. Reason because I’m not the account holder.
Last few years I’m deposit the money his account.

This is for the punjabi lady working there. She will do all kind off wrong commitments just to open new accounts. She will lie on your face to admit her faults.

Customer service really bad because i went there and been waiting more than hour then shaminder sahni coming and took other 2 customers before me which is ridiculous she should read the note book that be helpful for customers

I went here to open up a savings account because I had received a promotion in the mail unfortunately I did not meet the qualifications for the promotion. However the agent there was able to help me out with another account that was also beneficial for me. Her name was latashree. I went in two minuet to close and she still sat down with me and showed me offers and took her time and made my account properly. I would recommend this bank and location to anyone whose thinking of banking with them.

Worst service ever to access your own account or locker. I have been waiting for more than an hour because they are short of staff. The staff that are there are opening accounts for me members which will take more than an hour.

Asked for the manager and she will take time to come out.

Please go somewhere else. They give high priority for you to open an account but after that the service is the worst.

Don t make a mistake of getting service here. Go somewhere else. TD Bank is better.

“5 mintutes wait” actually means waiting for more than an hour, staff doesn’t even know the meaning of being professional.

Local people community only feel comfortable actual they don, t know anything that is not like work real bank if anything happens wrong in your account they will not help you they always depend on phone call center very poor and worst bank.dont go please

Be careful. We were a victim of wire fraud sent to this bank. We are working with the bank to recover money. Bank is very slow to respond.
