9Went to use the ATM this morning at this location and their was a homeless guy passed out in the foyer next to the ATM. Disgusting horrible and unsafe. I will be closing my accounts at santander first chance I get and will be looking for another bank to do business with.
I stepped in for introductions to get started! Liliana was super helpful! 1-2 transactions will waive monthly maintenance fee. Love it & moving in to SANTANDER NA.
Staff is very friendly and professional, but during peak hours they often only have one teller. If you’re operating in small-town America, that’s fine, but in Manhattan?
Was told by a teller to have a seat and wait for a banker. I waited for a banker for maybe 20 minutes and no one came to attend me. Mind you I was on my lunch break and they only had about two customers in the store. Made me waste my time and leave to another location that had faster more reliable service.
This branch is amazing. Everyone working there is very polite and treat you very well.
And is very convenient for me to go there so it's very close to work.
There is a homeless man "living" in this bank for a t least 6 months now, and he seems psychotic and dangerous. I'm honestly afraid to go there in the evening.
Homeless and vagrants made this location their home. Also, who came up with the design? It's physically painful to be inside the section where the ATMs are after sunset due to super bright red illumination which make one feel like you're in a psychiatric ward in Amsterdam's Red Light District.
The lady the helped me to open the account was great and so helpful.
She explained everything about the account.
It was the easiest bank to open an account as a Tourist, no complications.
Rude lady that worked there made this bank to look very bad for me! Even that I bring them their letters that came to our mails. No thank u nothing. When I asked her about could she change the money! She told me no cause I do not have an account with them! She even didn't ask me do I want to open or not! No thank you! I would never come to this place any more!
