Picked up our tree the day after thanksgiving. Ever since that weekend the tree was dropping an unusual amount of needles on the ground every day even though it was watered on a daily basis. Come today to find out the issue is that the tree is infested with spiders! So now my family Christmas tree is sitting at the curb and I need to scramble for a new one. This is also my sons first Christmas. Avoid this place!

PS: I called to let the business know. And the only response I got was "annnndddd".

Whatever you do avoid at all costs. Horrible business!

It's fun but professional photographers eat up a ton of time at the free Santa truck and it's rude. You jmhave a bunch of kids waiting to see Santa. Take a few pics. Let the kid say what it wants and move it along. Instead these arrogant rude no talent low lives take up a 10 minute slot to turn this free opportunity into an all out session. A simple
No professional photographers would end this hellish nightmare

Somewhere Adam Smith is crying. I say this to help, not to be a jerk. TLDR: Nice trees, nice amenities, nice people/workers but completely disorganized and painfully inefficient. It took one hour to get the tree baled with multiple peoples trees being lost.

As a thought experiment and because im a loser who finds economics interesting below are suggestions to owner.

The current system:
Customer picks a tree gets a 6 digit ticket. Worker cuts down tree drags to path for pickup (seems reasonable but see later point)
A tree is dropped off in a line with dozens of others. There is no ordering convention for the trees.
Customer comes up to checkout to get the tree. Heres where things get ugly. Customer gets down into insane line and hands their six digit ticket.
Owner personally runs up and down the line checking the number of each tree to see if it matches.
Tree is brought to the front where it sits in a line with one baler out of three operating.
It appeared each worker would bale, fresh cut, carry the tree to the car rather than having a dedicated person doing each.
Multiple people standing around the baler with little to no direction on what they should be doing.

Suggested:
The numbering system clearly breaks down at a certain capacity. One option is Have people carry their own and wait on line to bale it all in one shot. I understand that is a long carry for some people. Perhaps another baling station closer to the trees so the numbering system is eliminated. The other idea is simply to use tags that are much more legibile, perhaps color codes and to organize the numbers into different areas of the storage area. The numbers should also be much more legible from a distance so someone doesn't need to go to each tag and squint.

In regards to the actual baling, the final completion of the process could be much better. One worker should not do all: Baling, cutting the net, cutting the fresh cut, vibrating the tree and carrying the tree. Completely inefficient. Two people on baling, balers toss tree to side where it goes to two people (maybe one) to fresh cut and vibrate. Final stage is for parking staff/tiers to bring to car. Quantities of workers as required, and if that slows up at the very least people can always go and tie their own. Leave a bunch of rope there for people to cut.

I said something to this effect to a worker very amiably saying customers would walk and they replied "I mean if they leave they leave" which should get that person fired on the spot. Horrible attitude. And if the excuse is "it works fine we were just crowded" please get out of here. If that was an efficient operation I am Ryan Gosling. Merry Christmas to all!

When we arrived at the farm we had the handicap tag in the window and they sent us to park in the back while there were 4 handicap parking spots open. With that being said I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else

I have been coming here with my family for a few years since the new owners took over. We come every year for a tree and each year they have added more and more for the kids. The trees are beautiful and cheaper and fresher than the tree lots near us. The store is beautiful and my kids love picking something new out each year. That being said, we also stop by once a year in the warmer months so we can look around the store without crowds. This year the women working were SO KIND and let my daughter help feed the baby cows that were there- such a cool experience for her. This place is just so fun and brings so much joy to my kids!

Nice shop but their prices are outrageous. I bought a 60" lit snowflake and paid $299. I went on line for the manufacturer to see how I could hang it properly and saw their cost was $186. I believe in dealing with small businesses but but when they go out of their way to, no other way to put it, screw you. That's when I stop shopping local and support such shops.

Great experience. From the fire pits, to hot drinks and finally the tree farm. Kids loved the reindeer tractor ride through the trees.

Recommended for picking and cutting fresh live Christmas trees and having a great time listening to Christmas music outdoors. Lots to see and do. Great place!
