Horrible. The lady was coughing in my head very unsanitary over priced and my hair looks horrible. Say your money and time.

For my experience, the first time I ever walked in to this place I wasn't really greeted as a customer and then the person told me it would be like an hour wait. I gave her my number to call because I wasn't trying to wait inside of the place. She called me back 4 hours later to tell me she would call me shortly, than 3 hours later the same thing, so basically she believed I was going to wait on her all day like I don't have things to do. Pretty horrible service, I didn't even get my hair done but I'm so glad I didn't because if the customer service is that bad than the work is probably worse. Bad first impression

OMG. I was so happy with my hair. The stylists were quick and professional. It was important to them that I liked my hairstyle. I got a lot of compliments

The workers were very disrespectful and rude. The customer service was horrible and the outcome isn't even good enough for them to be charging so much. They talked about me in front of me and gave wring information causing me to have to sit there for hours. I wouldn't recommend and I'm never going back. I would give 0 stars if I could.
