Saratoga Arms, Saratoga Springs NY

This hotel is centrally located and is close to good restaurants, shopping and most other activities. Rooms are super clean and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating.
I highly recommend this establishment for next visit to Saratoga Spring.

We have been coming to Saratoga Arms for 6 years now, it feels like our home away from home. We love everything about it the warm welcome upon arrival our cozy beautiful clean room fridge stocked with Saratoga sparkling and still waters. The snacks are delicious with fresh baked cookies and always available. The farm fresh Breakfast with everything you could ever want to choose from is AMAZING! The staff always makes you feel so welcome like you’ve come home.

Really enjoyed my time here. Very clean, beautiful hotel. Excellent service. Little touches here and there that made it feel very unique and lovely. Quiet at night. Would recommend!

This place is amazing! From check in to check out I had a fun time. Lady named Nancy made my wife and myself feel like home. She answered every question we had and even made us reservations to a dinner spot. Iv never seen a cleaner hotel/room, it was amazing. We had breakfast in the room and it was delicious, my wife and I are definitely coming back.

I got married here last weekend and our experience working with the event coordinator, Aidan, and the entire staff was absolutely wonderful. Please read this if you're interesting in booking your elopement or micro wedding here (I have so much to say)!

We planned the wedding in less than a month and it was so easy. I just reached out to Aidan and in one day, we booked a date. They do have limited capacity so keep your guest list relatively small. Aidan and Bethany took care of everything, ordered the cake, provided the refreshments, made it possible to have a first dance, hired the officiant and the photographer! They kept in touch with us during the weeks leading up to the wedding, booked the room for us, provided a wedding day emergency kit while I was getting ready, kept us organized on the day of AND left us a midnight snack box while we were out at dinner the night of the wedding. I was so surprised that everything just came together seamlessly.

The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and so unique. We took a lot of our photos in the parlors and stayed in one of the terrace rooms with a door right that goes right out to broadway which was SO convenient. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating and was so excited for us to have the wedding there.

They have a great elopement package and the price I so worth it for the experience we got. They also offer an anniversary discount so we're really looking forward to coming back! I would do it all over again and not change a single thing. I could not recommend this hotel enough!

If your 50/60 years of age or older, don’t forsee getting sick or having a emergency that may require a refund, AND do not speak above certain decibels you might like this place.
Otherwise overpriced and uncomfortable

I made a reservation here months ago, and paid full price for the rooms. I made the reservation through the hotel directly. My husband and I both contracted Covid and cannot travel. I was told that I cannot cancel because of the room rate I paid. I paid over $500 per night and was forced to book two nights? I didn't get a special deal. Also, I was told to come anyway with Covid, they didn't mind us staying there sick? So unprofessional and so unsafe, and directly in contradiction of current quarantine guidelines.

This Inn offers hospitality at its BEST! The historic Inn is a gem on its own given the cleanliness, decor, comfortable sitting areas to relax indoors and outdoors, as well as location in the heart of the shopping, restaurants, etc. However, the true gem is the well-trained staff. The staff made you feel you were part of the family & Saratoga Arms was your temporary home away from home. Thanks to Geri, Aidan, Rachel (in Dining Room AND Front Desk!) and Bethany. We look forward to coming back!

We had the most amazing stay at Saratoga Arms for our mini-moon! It was one of the most beautiful, quaint and clean places we've ever stayed. The location was unmatched, breakfast was delicious and the staff was so kind and helpful. Thank you to the staff at Saratoga Arms for the incredible hospitality!

This has been our second time staying at The Saratoga Arms. We found the location to be wonderful in town. Excellent dinning in the area and a hop to the racetrack. Wonderful accommodations in the suite, with a private entrance and a lovely courtyard to sit in anytime of the day. Beautifully done.

Excellent customer service in making one’s stay as enjoyable as possible.
We’ve been here in the last two years and will return again next year.

The entire staff and Kathleen the owner went out of their way to make us feel part of their family. The hotel is a beautiful classic old school hotel perfectly situated in an old school city like Saratoga. I would highly recommend the Saratoga Arms to anyone tired of chain hotels who rather have a first class experience.

This is our company's first time staying at the hotel. We had many investors of ours as well as our remote staff stays two nights at the hotel during the busiest week in Saratoga. The hotel did an excellent job. Our staff could not have been more impressed. Check-in was pleasant, the rooms were in immaculate condition, and breakfast and our welcome dinner were incredible! This hotel goes above and beyond to make every stay a great one. They even delivered flashlights, cards, and portable cell phone battery packs during a short power outage. What a nice touch! We will definitely be back!

Our stay was exceptional! The staff was attentive and very professional. Our room was beautifully decorated and clean. Morning breakfast on the porch is added touch to the warm hospitality feel that they provide. We will most definitely stay here again.
