Saratoga Center for Family, Saratoga Springs NY

My three kids went there. CFTF refused to keep me updated on my children’s therapy, they have withheld medical records, enabled the interrogation of my child at their child advocacy center, and treated children with issues that the CFTF have no specialization or qualifications in. Did I mention they have no understanding of Parental Alienation?
I’ve checked my children’s insurance. It seems they make thousands from pretending to care about mental health while letting maladaptive behaviors get stronger.

They truly care and I am super blessed to have gotten in when I did. I appreciate them and have nothing but good things to say about Saratoga Center For The Family

Not great for family counseling They don't exactly listen to the words you're saying. They have strict rules and don't help in court. My issues were dealing with an out of control mom and they missed all our requests for help. Couldn't prevent mom from pulling my kids out each time either. Wouldn't recommend Paula.

Been going here for 5-6 years. Recently had my therapist Erica stop responding to my calls and texts for weeks. I called the office, no response from her, nothing. Then I get a letter in the mail saying my case is being closed and I need to go back on the wait list. I am so disgusted and hurt being treated this way, especially from Erica who knows my mental state hasn’t been the best. I need a therapist ASAP and I’m being told there’s nobody available. This is gross.

Our first visit at the Center. Comfortable space with positive vibe. Spoke with Hannah and she really made us feel welcome and at ease. Look forward to continuing counseling there
