Saratoga Hospital Medical Group - Endocrinology and Diabetes, Wilton NY

Had to call today because I thought I missed an appointment and needed a medication refill. The person I spoke to on the phone was extremely condescending and rude when I needed things explained. They said they called me three time leaving a voicemail and sent a letter about my appointment to which I never received any of that. I will be looking for a new doctors office

Getting an appointment is a nightmare. They will cancel your appointment and rebook you for 6 weeks out. Office staff is rude and uncaring. Care is adequate… the bp machine recorded by bp as 50/30…clearly inaccurate… when I said something… I was told, “we only worry when it is really high. ” Um, no…take it manually. They think bc they are pretty much the only ones in Toga that they can treat you however they want…not me…I drive out of town to see someone else.

I have met the most compassionate nurse practitioner in the practice. I feel very fortunate to have a provider that cares about the patient. Penny Warrington has a knowledge base of diabetes disorders that Saves Lives! Amazing quality of care & most caring attitude I’ve ever seen. My family is fortunate to have her care for not only me but my sister and father as well. Thank You!

I have had the best experience in this office and believe most of the employees and providers really care about their patients. I have been working closely with NP Penny Warrington and believe her to be a caring but firm NP especially when it comes to diabetes. I would refer to any family member or friend who was serious about their health and wants to take a serious approach to their well being! She is wonderful and knows her stuff!

I have been going to this practice for a while. I use to see a Dr that left the practice. I was given an appointment with Penny W. A nurse practitioner. She was useless! I was there for my thyroid and she never even checked my neck to check my thyroid. She did not do any exam of any sort. I will not go back there again. She was the worst NP I have even seen.

Back in October 2022, I scheduled an appointment for January 10,2023. They called me on the morning of January 10 and said they had to cancel the appointment because the doctor couldn’t be there. Still no word on when my appointment will be rescheduled and when I called, I got some snarky person who said it will be several months before they can see me for thyroid cysts anyway. I’d rather drive an hour to see someone else. Not worth it to visit Malta.

Aging staff well trained and on there jobs for sure.give great advice and help w everything they can.
