Been going to this place since 2012 always have wonderful doctors there for any cause or recommendation need they will help get u that referral or Rx refill etc. I always recommend a lot of the doctors here to a lot of ppl out there looking for one

I have been going to Jennifer L. Borden for years. She is very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I’m changing my insurance coverage so I don’t have to leave her. My current insurance will not cover Albany Med Health Systems as of January 1,2024. She is a great doctor. Everyone who works there is very helpful and friendly. (She’s definitely more like 10 Stars).

It very unfair if u had to cancel appointments couldn’t make it u cant see dr for a whole very unfair I don’t recommend this place to anyone

Unscrupulous billing department that continues to bill even though insurer reflects zero patient responsibility.they initially bill preventative care as diagnostic in the hopes you don't fight it.currently working with insurer to file claim with NYS.

Be AWARE! This place has some very mean people working there. Just because I went to another PA for bio identical treatment, my doctor who doesn’t provide this got upset & wouldn’t see me anymore. These EGO’s that doctors have is very child like. Plus, whoever answers the phone needs to grow up & learn some manners. Talk about a power trip!

I have been a patient here for many years. I have interacted with medical staff in all positions, RNs, PAs, MDs, etc. They have all been extremely profressional. I almost never have to wait long to be seen and have always felt like they allow ample time for diagnostics and discussion. The new location is extremely clean and convenient. Highly recommend.

Not happy u won’t let people switch droctor if ur unhappy with them very unfair pacients have rights u be repotted if u don’t change

My experiences here have been great and everyone here I have had great experiences with, with one exception.some of the people answering the phone have a serious attitude problem that needs to be addressed and corrected. There are sick people calling to make appointments who are met with a nasty attitude pretty much from the get go.it just happened to me a little while ago and I will be speaking to someone about it when I have my appointment here this Friday. Thank you to that person who has made an already really bad day for me just a little bit worse, much appreciated!
