The Saratoga staff from the Front-End, to the technicians, to the pharmacists are all very polite, reasonable, and go above and beyond to make sure that everyone is treated equally and as a family, while ensuring any support regarding any issues are solved in a professional manner.

Great service from the staff over all, they accommodate and go above and beyond for their patients

Long wait times, make sure to call refills days in advance and call before coming in to grab meds to confirm ready.biggest issue is miscommunication between staff you can hear them blaming each other on who task it is is grrr trying to convince my mom to change ger phar5

Worst pharmacy! They don't deliver prescription on time. If you go to pick up, they make you to wait like 30 min. Sometime they don't even know where they put your prescription. Unorganized and unprofessional employees.

Well today i was introduced to some staff from the pharmacy were i live @ andrew terr. Apts. I have always been aquiatined with but as i sat and observed you guys @ work you guys are aewsome.so i was just listening to one of u guys talk to a patient. I knew him for a while now.he was. Or is great @his job.thank you mr nelson DEJESUS man i didnt realize how awesome you are at what you do.because of your ways and how good you are with people i switched over to saratoga.thank you bro.tlk soon.
