I has a service call today and the Tech that come out was Samuel. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped educate me on my spa from how to maintain it and the proper use of chemicals. I will be requesting his services again if I am in need of them in the future. I would also recommend him if you need repairs. Thank you

Bought the Canfield model 3 months ago and it has been great. Recently got an overheat error message on the display panel and called for service. The next business day Sam the tech was at my house and found a loose plug on the control panel. Five minute fix start to finish! Sam was great and we are now back to enjoying our spa.

Our hot tub was having a technical issue and Samuel the service technician fixed the issue quickly and professionally. He did a great job explaining everything to us in terms we could understand and tried to help us with some tips to prevent future issues. He really knows his stuff for this!
