Kristi's massage was amazing and I love their no-tip policy. They don't jack up their prices to account for lack of tips either, making these massages comparatively quite affordable. Very excited to try a TMJ massage next, which I found out Kristi can do. Entire staff is very kind and accomodating!

Kristi is a great massage therapist and so nice. Everyone is helpful and informed. The massage program they offer is amazing and so worth it! I highly recommend!

Dr. Y and his staff are absolutely amazing. They answer all of your questions and are available whenever you need them. They do very thorough work and make sure you are well taken care of. I had a breast augmentation done on September 28,2022 and I wasn’t nervous at all. They made me feel so comfortable and well taken care of. The surgery went amazing! I was in a ton of pain for about 2 weeks with being able to move very minimally. After that the pain was very mild and my movements were coming back slowly. After about a month I felt completely healed and back to normal. I’m almost 2 months out and I feel like I never had surgery. I feel amazing and I look even better. They look so real, that no one knows I had anything done. Holly the head nurse is an absolute sweetheart and goes above and beyond for all her patients. She never forgets your name or anybody about you. She is amazing and deserves the world. Dr. Y is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. He answers all your questions and makes you feel very comfortable and important. I love that they have their own private operating room right in their office. It made me feel way more comfortable knowing the people I’ve developed a relationship with were the only ones who were going to be in that operating room. The anesthesiologist was hilarious and did an awesome job. His early morning jokes put my nerves at ease. All around, Dr. Y and his whole team are amazing and I will always recommend them and I will definitely be back for other services they offer.

I've been seeing Tressa for some time now for my skincare and to address some issues I've been experiencing and am so overly impressed by her kindness, professionalism and overall amazing knowledge and skill level within her craft! She is such a sweet and understanding woman and whatever your concerns are, or the current state of your skin may be, she is so warm and really affirming that improvements can be made! I was a little nervous to see an esthetician upon having a horrible drug reaction to autoimmune medication but she put me at ease and I joined the skincare club to get on a monthly regimen which has been improving the quality of my skin overall steadily! The office overall is so sweet and I particularly love that Tressa is also not shy to encourage working with a dermatologist to solve whatever concerns or issues I am experiencing comprehensively! I think a major component of skincare is understanding that medical factors can play into it even with a perfect routine so having the support and monthly appointments really helps my confidence as we work through autoimmune flareups that exasperate my skin. I can't wait to see things improve even more as I continue our regimen and plan! Thank you Tressa! <3

In 2009 I underwent gastric bypass surgery and was left with a large amount of abdominal fat, so at 67 years old I decided to see if an abdominalplasty with liposuction was an option for me. In full disclosure, I had met with Dr. Yarinski around this same time, but I just didn’t feel I was ready. Fast forward to 2022. After years of trial and error I have learned how to eat and take care care of myself and my weight was stable. When I met with Dr. Yarinski this time, after he examined me, he sat back, looked me in the eyes and very seriously remarked, “ Yes, I can help you with this”. For whatever reason when he said those words I believed him and felt I could place my trust in him.
Through months of planning and aftercare I have been treated respectfully by every single person on Dr. Yarinski’s staff. This is not an easy process or surgery to go through and his staff has seen me at my worst. Still, respect, kindness and understanding have always been front and center in the office.
Dr. Yarinski’s nurse, Holly, will keep you on the straight and narrow. There is much to do to prepare for this surgery and Holly will push you, guide you and keep you moving forward. Before and after surgery she will be your savior with her caring nature and kindness. Holly and others in this practice heard me complain and cry and let’s not forget feel sorry for myself, yet never made me feel bad for any of these emotions. Holly’s right hand, Paula although more in the background was just as compassionate with understanding and always a kind word and touch.
None of this would mean anything without results and I am over the moon with mine. Dr. Yarinski did an amazing job on my stomach with results that I would never have dreamed possible. All through this process he always asked for our questions and concerns and addressed them.
So, if you feel you may be ready for change my advice is do your research, get your questions ready and take the first step to meet with Dr. Yarinski. You will be happy you chose his practice.

The staff are amazingly attentive, and kind. Dr. Yarinsky was professional, and determined to do his best for me. He was kind, listened to my every worry, and addressed it. He was very thorough and my results have been wonderful.

Having been uncomfortable with the way my belly looked after c-sections, partial hysterectomy, an oophorectomy and a few other minor procedures, not to mention menopause, I toyed with having a tummy tuck for many years. I finally made an appointment to talk with Dr Yarinsky and I have not looked back. Along with the removal of my “shelf” over my scars, he also repaired my abdominal muscles that were separated quite a bit. From the moment I made the appointment, to my latest visit (7 weeks post op) I have felt like he and his staff have been fantastic in every step of the way. They explained everything in detail and offered to be there for any questions either me or my husband may have. I am thrilled with the outcome and for the first time in awhile, have a confidence I haven’t had in a long time. I am only 7 weeks out, but am 100% ecstatic about my new and improved belly. Kristi was fabulous. Had a wonderful deep tissue therapeutic massage. She listened to me and addressed my problem areas. I can’t wait to go back for another massage.

Dr. Yarinsky's office offers some wonderful self care services that I look forward going to. The staff is friendly, attentive and the MediSpa services are very enjoyable, along with some fun events and perks they offer year round.

When you decide to have something done like plastic surgery, you don’t know what to expect and you’re trusting someone with your life, and how you’ll look forever. Then you have added questions like, how painful will it be? What’s the recovery time? And most of all, can you fix me?
All these questions leave you with a lot of anxiety and because of this, I found it difficult to walk through the doors of Saratoga Plastic Surgery for my first consultation. What no one knows, until they read this is, I almost never got out of my car that day and I seriously considered driving home without going to my appointment. The unknown questions I had frightened me, but the thought of standing in front of the bathroom mirror gave me the strength to muster up the courage to walk inside Dr. Yarinski’s office. As I sit here writing this, I now know it was the best decision of my life.
When I think back to that day, I remember all the smiling faces of the staff when I walked into the office. They made me, a stranger, feel happy, important and welcomed, but most of all, they put me at ease. It was as though they understood the courage it took to be there. Not long after meeting the girls, they introduced me to Holly for the first time. Holly was sweet and caring, and she understood the fear and anxiety I was going through. Holly related to how I felt when I described looking into the dreaded bathroom mirror. She took her time explaining the process step by step and assured me the nemesis mirror and I would once again become friends with Dr. Yarinski’s help.
After our meeting ended, Holly excused herself to let Dr. Yarinski know I was ready. What I expected was a quick conversation and onto the next patient, but what I got was entirely unexpected. Dr. Yarinski, like his staff, seemed to be interested in my reasons for wanting the surgery. Dr. Yarinski listened to my concerns and understood how I felt about myself and why I wanted the surgery. Together, we went over everything from procedure to recovery.
The reviews I read about Dr. Yarinski, and my friend’s recommendations were spot on. Not only is he an amazing surgeon, but a wonderful person, one who became my friend throughout the process. As for the results, Well… the bathroom mirror is my friend again. I’ve spent hours standing in front of it, looking at my new body and trying on new clothes. Once again, I have a new lease on life and Dr. Yarinski made all this possible. If you’re anything like me, you’ll understand it when I say, I love waking up in the morning loving me again. This is an amazing gift that would not have been possible with Dr. Yarinski and his staff. Thank you all. You have changed my life for the better and made me happy again. On a final note, I would like to add that months have passed since my surgery and my visits are much less frequent. Ordinarily, this would be great news, but I miss seeing everyone in the office. While I started this journey alone, all of you will never know how much you ALL impacted my life in such a positive way. Thank you.

Dr. Yarinsky and his staff are amazing! Scheduling appointments is a breeze, everyone is kind and attentive, and I always leave extremely satisfied.

I travel about two hours each time to receive botox to treat my TMJ/bruxism, and it is always well worth the drive. My only qualm is that I wish I had started seeing Dr. Yarinsky sooner, as I no longer have jaw pain or headaches!

If you are looking for an excellent, well-qualified plastic surgeon, I would absolutely recommend Dr. Yarinsky!

I just wanted to start off with that I have really bad anxiety. That being said from the first moment I walked in for an estimate to the check-ups following my surgery both DR. Yarinsky and his staff have been supper amazing and supportive. They where not pushy at all when it came to me making the decision to proceed with the surgery and when I started to have a panic attack/ anxiety during surgery they where helpful in calming me down and getting me through. Furthermore both family and friends are amazed at the quality and care that was taken to perform the surgery. It looks amazing and I would definitely go back and recommend anyone looking to get work done.

Gretta is an amazing massage therapist and I cannot thank her enough! I received the Head In The Clouds massage and it was with an honest review, the best massage I have ever had! I have had several in the past but this one is the first where I left feeling completely relaxed and knot free. She is absolutely amazing and I cannot wait to go back soon.

I would not recommend going here after having two uncomfortable experiences. I definitely would not send a friend or family member here.

I drive a hour to see Dr. Yarinsky and it’s Absolutely hands down the best place to go to, all the staff made me feel comfortable since day 1. Any questions in person or over the phone we’re always answered, very accommodating. I’ve had 3 surgeries and each one the morning of I never felt nervous, I knew I was in good hands!
