Saratoga Strike Zone reviews
17Company holiday party was held at The Strike Zone. Highly recommend for any party! Amber and Rich were great to work with.food was great, private room was decorated for the holidays and bowling was sooo much fun! Great time! Thank you!
We went for $2 games and had a blast! Plenty of bowling balls to choose from. Staff was very friendly
Great place to take the little ones! We always have a blast. I'm not much for the game room, so I can't really comment. But as far as bowling goes. Awesome time!
I hosted a small event here and I was anxious at first since I never actually had bowled here but the owner Rich Sheldon was nothing but kind and accommodating. Everything went so smoothly! And also, it was packed at Saturday 9am, with leagues and parties and that also must speak to how awesome the center is. I will be coming back.
Good Family place. Clean and updated Great hours and friendly staff. Community minded business offers great deals for all ages to bowl. And good food too!
DO NOT HAVE YOUR KIDS BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE! They won't give you what you pay for and have the WORST customer service EVER! First off I wish I could give them a zero but I can't and I will give them the credit because the kids were happy, but so much the adults who observed everything happen. Our host never could be found! When we did find her she was to busy twerking on some other girl right next to a 5 and 7 year old birthday party! I had to hunt her down several times. There was no cups or plates or napkins I had to go ask for them then she was upset when I would go ask another worker for help because I couldn't find her and I didn't want to run out of time. At the cake cutting she wore NO gloves and then was waving a huge cutting knife almost stabbing my grandmother and neice in the face. Her hands were all deep down in that cake no one wanted to eat it, people were literally backing up from the girl with a knife very unprofessional and unhygienic. They never gave my kids a free game pass or any goodie bags where given out and they also did not do the prize spin wheel paid for the all included birthday party and wasn't given it. Then they tell me I need to finish paying. I paid in full months in advanced but I closed the bank account down months after the payment of the party so at the time I couldn't prove to them I did. So they cleared out the room and put all of our stuff out on a cart maybe because they thought we didn't pay. So this was very embarrassing in front of my family and friends by the way. I had to get my Bank statements and prove I paid which I did we weren't even given an apology. STAY AWAY they tried to make $200 more off of us good thing I keep all my banking info.
Clean place. Lots of fun with a group! The youngest loved the arcade that includes an air hockey table.
Currently on Thursdays and Tuesdays is unlimited bowling 9pm to midnight for $15, song includes AYCE pizza. Even their choice of overhead music was good.
I work with a camp and we have used Saratoga Strike Zone every year. Not only are their facilitates clean and up to date but their staff is amazing. Even when I made a mistake on a date, they were so quick to help me and accommodate. They are simply amazing and highly recommend to everyone!
So much more than a simple bowling alley! It has an arcade, bumper cars, ball arena, and a full service bar! What a cool place!
Fun, cheap afternoon out with a big or small group of all ages. There’s not many places that can appeal to all age groups, but Strike Zone is definitely one of them.
The arcade allows kids to play something different when they get over the bowling.
A game and shoes are $10 pp.
Book an early afternoon time to have the place to yourself.
Had a surprise 36th Birthday party for my son Jason. Everyone had a wonderful time, even first time bowlers. I can't wait to return.
Broken lanes, no help from staff. Will never return, and advise anyone else to skip this place.
Dozens of better bowling alleys in South Glens Falls, lake george, and in the immediate area.
Never coming back here.
Always have the best time here. Fun for every age range in the group from toddler to grandparents. Play place, bumper cars and arcade are affordable and don't break the bank while creating hours worth of fun. Bowling is always busy but never really a wait to play. Shoe rental and a game is under $10/person making it the best rainy day activity. A favorite for our family and friend events!
Never coming back again. The bartender refused to look at me after refusing my legally aged partner’s ID. I waited 30 min at the bar without even a glance in my direction. A waste of time on a Friday night.
I love this ally and have been coming here since my child hood when it has high rock lanes. The food menu has improved over time and the bar menu is pretty damn good bar food. I love their daily specials and take huge advantage of Tuesdays and Thursdays two dollar game night (9-12). Wednesday and Friday are pizza bowl and for $14, you get unlimited bowling from 9pm-12. The proshoo here is pretty small, but you definitely get care and service the befits someone in the business for at least 30 years. I adore these lanes and truly hope I see some people there.
Update: definitely busier now in the winter.
We went for the Mon.night special, 15$ pp for unlimited bowling, pizza slices and shoe rental. This special goes from 9 pm to midnight on Mon. AND Wed. The Mon.night league bowlers were finishing up just as we arrived, about 8: 45 pm. We spoke to the very friendly staff at the shoe rental counter and he got us all set up, he gave us the discount even though it was slightly before 9 o' clock
when we started bowling. All the staff was very courteous, and the area was clean. I noticed an arcade but, we didn't utilize that area. The bar had a decent selection of draft beer, Sam Adam's OCTOBERFEST was my fave. The pizza was good, and plentiful. We'll be back to make some new friends and explore more of what they have to offer.
Saratoga strike zone is one of many bowling alley with arcade games, pizza and family fun. This one has many lanes so multiple teams can enjoy the fun. On Mondays and Wednesday they have unlimited bowling and free pizzas from 9pm to 12pm. That's just $15 and free shoes also which is such a deal. Other than that you pay the regular $14 for two games and $4 for shoes. Go enjoy
