Love the selection of teas, and the staff is always so helpful and friendly. The shop has a really lovely atmosphere, and is definitely a favorite place to stop in downtown.

The staff here is so genuinely nice and helpful! They’re informative and took the time to explain every tea section and what kind of flavors that section had. They had free honey tasting the day that we went and it was AMAZING! Seriously I’m not big on honey but the one I tasted here was sooo smooth and not bitter like most honeys taste to me. I purchased the white peach tea, it smelled amazing and also ended up tasting great! You can sit at the tea bar and order a hot drink if you’d like too

I LOVE this store. Large variety of loose tea and honey and the quality is amazing. I will never go back to buying tea from the grocery store! Staff is super helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable for what you get.

Terrific selection of teas and honeys. They also brew individual cups at the bar as well as selling bags of loose tea and jars of honey. I love the various green teas and my wife enjoys the tummy tonic. It really does calm your stomach.

This is one of the best spots in downtown Saratoga. They have a wonderful variety of tea and the employees are very helpful if you have a question. In the back is a smaller room dedicated to all honey and you can taste samples before buying. The other great thing is you can stay have have tea or get one fresh brewed to go. This is my go to spot when in town!

We stumbled upon Saratoga Tea & Honey Company as we were passing through Saratoga Springs and we were so happy we did! This is the cutest tea shop. I was happy to see they use organic ingredients. Emma was extremely helpful and went over all of the herbal teas with us to help us make our purchase. I wish I lived closer, but we now order our teas online from them!

For tea and honey lovers, this is an oasis! They have an amazing selection of teas and drinks to order. You can enjoy them to go or sit at their little tea bar to enjoy it in place. In the back they have a Honey Room in which you can try any and all the honey's of your hearts desire. The employee is very knowledgeable about the product which was wonderful and can provide recommendations. I highly recommend you try their ghost paper honey and the mango honey!

Great place to stop and get a cup of tea! So many beautiful displays and options. If you don't have time to enjoy your tea at the bar they can make it to go so you can take it with you. Perfect spot for the tea lover

One of the best places to get tea. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and the classes offered are fun and will have you leaving the store “tea drunk. ” Instead of a Starbucks trip, highly consider walking into this spot instead.

I always visit this place on my vacations in NY. Theyve got lots of teas to choose from and their lemonade is the best I've ever had

This is our go-to place for gifts of delicious and rather exotic teas as well as local honey. They have some very good tea cups and pots to choose from too. Everyone in the capital region should go here at least once. You can also get a brew made and drink right there too.

Very cute place that's always clean and tidy. There's hundreds of options for teas, honeys, and drinkware. My personal favorites are the crimson berry tea and the wildflower honey sticks. The staff are polite and very knowledgeable. Especially the girl in the honey room; Claire! Definitely worth a try.

It is a cute store with ample variety of teas, honey and various other related merch. The staff helps you pick up a tea you like and can taste a cup at the counter. Their iced matcha latte was perfectly blend and so smooth. It is fun to watch how they make the tea. A unique experience and a must visit in Saratoga.

Found this place was roaming around. I love tea and honey. They have a variety of tea types. They offered complimentary honey samples. They were very delicious and suitable for souvenirs. I got a lot of positive feedback when sharing tea and honey with my colleagues

How does one convey how much they love a place like Saratoga Tea & Honey? Because this place is my favorite shop to visit whenever in Saratoga or passing through. Whether it’s hot or cold outside, they have a drink to match your preferences. I’ve shopped here during the pandemic and as mandates are lifting. They have a large selection of traditional loose and packed teas, with accessories galore. Everytime I go in, my wallet begs me not to buy anything because one could lose a lot of money here if they let loose. Their one tea, Saratoga Sunrise is delicious, iced or hot. I love this store because they are independently, females owned, and partner with other local businesses. If you’re wondering to visit or not, stop. Just go in, and have fun even window shopping and smelling all the different aromas they have to offer.

Oh yes, cannot forget. They have daily specials and drinks. Their matcha is a wonderful caffeine pick me up. And LOVE their honey selections and window displays. Their staff is also super nice and kind.

Wow! I don't even know where to start, as soon as you enter the warming and sweet smells knock you off your feet. The atmosphere of this beautiful store is so welcoming! Greeted by such sweet people, everyone was beyond kind and helpful. From unique honey samples, creamy lotion samples, and above and beyond knowledge and service. I only wish I lived closer, we were in town visiting. If you are a tea or honey lover this is a must visit place! Don't forget the tea and matcha bar.

The Teas and honey is so so good. Great service and the vibe of the place is so laid back and chill. Totally worth the trip. They use rewards cards and reusable cups for money off.
