Cold and small establishment. They won't take debit or credit cards claiming the machine is broken and then conveniently pointing to their in-house ATM. Workers are inpatient, English is not their first language. Food is chintzy on the protein side and hefty on the rice. Taste is just okay. Affordable pricepoint but go next door to panda express for a cleaner, friendlier atmosphere.

Ordered chicken and beef teriyaki. Chicken tastes good. I can taste the teriyaki sauce. Beef is a different story. Tasted like cardboard. No teriyaki sauce whatsoever. Probably forgot to add the teriyaki sauce. Poor customer service. Not worth driving the 30mins back to this place to complain.

The woman at the register has been very helpful with me numorous times due to my physical disability. She always offers to pack my food in a bag so that im able to carry the food with only 1 hand and not have any struggles pack the food myself.

The food was ok. I had sushi rolls, they were just ok. The Wasabi paste was unusually dry and they didn't follow request. I may try again but I doubt it.

Place had line out door food is great did not make us sick even brought the shrimp tempura so so yummy make sure to ask for extra chicken ️

Best most consistent service and food. Looks family owned, great people, and 100000000% better than Panda Express

The Staff can be be rude and forgets parts of your order and they look at you like it’s your fault

Best Sakura I've been to. Food was fresh, well flavored, and worth the prices. Compared to the ones I've had in the bronx, this is by far the best.

The food here is well cooked & good, especially the chicken & shrimp teriyaki with rice. ️

The food was well cooked and the service was ok. They are in a busy area in the Cross County Mall. Cash and credit are both accepted however their is a credit card fee and cash usually is the cheaper option. This location isn't shown on the Sarku Japan app so it doesn't allow online orders which is inconvenient. Ample parking since it's in the mall. 05/2022

There food always taste fresh n not oily. I love the miso soup too, that's a must have.

There are a lot of negative things I can say about this place. The place is disgusting, the staff is rude. Thing now Pat and that's their teriyaki chicken. For the price, it's probably the best teriyaki chicken that I've tasted. I take it to go and it lasts me 2 days. I give this chicken five stars and the rest of the place gets negative stars. But I come here for the food

If you need fast and delicious, this honestly hits the mark right on. Super simple menu, but for Sarku simple is an advantage.

It is extremely unsafe to eat hot food in a plastic/PFAS container as they heat and serve it. It will unnecessarily risk numerous avoidable health problems. In contrast, a cardboard container would have been safe.

They will cancel your order if you use discount code provided by door dash. Please be aware

This place is horrible. The treatment you get from these ppl is horrible. The lady at the front desk just clearly does what she wants and won't fix and order eben if they screwed it up. They want a $15 dollar minimum after she forgot to add something to my order. I just asked for my money back and left everything. I do apologize but this is not the treatment you give a paying customer. From today forward I will never bring my business here. Panda express is right next door.
