Save-A-Lot, Buffalo NY

Meat was brown, not pink. Aisle signs were not in place. Had to hunt for items. No visible clocks on Walls. They will turn OFF the lights while you are in the store, without announcing time left to shop before closing. It is TRULY about getting home at closing, not taking into account that the shopping experience would be GREATLY enhanced if the aisle signs were in place, the sale items clearly marked and the meats were pink and had recognizable cuts instead of looking Hacked up. Disappointing!

Today i was treated like a thief. Security guard even tried to grab my bag. 7 yrs of visiting this place and today hit rock bottom. Will NOT visit the store while that unrespectful guard is there

Nasty place fruits and vegetables look like they came from the garbage it's like they take what's left out of the back of the truck or garbage truck

Clean inside and out, with a good selection of produce and other products. Friendly, knowledgeable workers.

This is a hidden gem. Ten times better than heading into the hectic Wegmans on Amherst. The produce is surprisingly good for a low priced store.

The one on grant street will not let a diabetic patients use their bath rooms and they are rude

I shop there for some groceries only because is the nearest grocery store I have, but they have a good variety of products, prices are good and the manager is always very helpful and provides excellent customer service.

If you're not planning on using produce the day it is purchased, then don't buy it here. For some reason produce seems to start rotting day after purchase

I go here all the time. I love the place but it could use more workers because the lines are too slow

I would give it no stars if I could. Ground beef packets had poked holes in them. Some frozen (fresh) fish was undress and ripped apart. Terrible service. Maybe only good for condiments. Don't. Go. Here!

Always past "fresh" vegtables and fruit. Complaints go nowhere. Always told thats the way it comes in. I would assume they get what the other supermarkets don't want or stored in their warehouse to long. In order to get good produce must shop at different store. Reference Town of Tonawanda store.
