Saxby Implement Corporation reviews
8The guy at the counter should wear a covid mask before asking someone to step away from the counter. Unprofessional
A multi generational family run business. Knowledgeable and friendly. Just took delivery of a new Kubota sub compact tractor and the process was smooth and professional. The mechanic Fray did a very detailed orientation of all the tractors functions. The salesman Don was easy to work with. And a very competitive price. One word of advise would be to obtain your own insurance coverage rather than the coverage offered by the manufacture.
Tremendously good buying experience. Very helpful and responsive to my multiple inquiries. Delivered mower much sooner than expected. I highly recommend Saxby's.
Extremely helpfully when I have questions of how to do repairs or mantance to my Kubota tractors.
Very good service department and while I was there they answered my questions about other lawnmowers. They were very personable.
I went to the parts desk looking for a part for my Kubota. The person working the desk was the most impersonable, bitter customer-facing person I think they could find. I truly think this man hates his life. He looked up my part, told me he'd have to order it. When the price he gave me was much higher than I knew I could get online (I get it, it's an OEM part, that doesn't bother me), I asked for a part number. He told me "I don't give out part numbers". What parts counter doesn't give out part numbers? !? ! What is this buying you from a business perspective? Angry customers who will never go back to your shop? Not a wise move. PS. I went to Kubota's web site, and found the part number myself.
Always very helpful. Usually parts are in stock. They offer options to help keep costs down. They can service anything I bring them. Selection on new equipment is broad.
