Zena and Nancy are a very strong and well run machine, because that is how they work. I highly recommend Sayegh Law Firm. James McEleney represented me. He is professional, hard working, positive, honest, timely, responsive, available, reliable, caring, and patient. My experience was 100% positive from the start, from communicating with the receptionist to scheduling appointments and phone calls. I made the best choice choosing Sayegh Law.

I used this firm in 2020 with an attorney by the name of Kiersten Schramek. After using the firm for 6 months, they billed me over $17,000 for my family court case, with little to no results. I fired the firm after discovering that Kiersten was padding my bill and that she had zero experience dealing with a contested divorce. When I confronted Bill Sayegh, he defended her and told me that I had to pay for her to "think" about my case, which to him justified her extra billing. She also instructed me to violate a temporary order of protection which would have put me in criminal contempt (instant arrest and jail). Bill Sayegh defended her once again and said that I wouldn't be arrested and he stated, "I know every cop in Putnam county", not that it mattered but my case was in Dutchess. I also was billed $175 in error for another case and I was told that I would be refunded and they never did it, which was a drop in the bucket compared to the total amount I was billed. I would have went to the grievance committee but why bother when Bill Sayegh is on that committee. I also had issues with Robert Weiss, who lead me to believe that they were going to handle my case with care only to find out that I would never hear from him again as he was just a lost leader to convince me to use the firm. I had many emails that just went unanswered and billed a tremendous amount. I also was coerced into signing a child support order on consent without my rights being explained. Kiersten should be disbarred for what she did to me and my children (or what she didn't do as well). I am still paying the price today for the damage she did, you know what happened Bill and shame on you, especially being a father yourself! I'm glad I gained the courage to write this review. Go ahead and discredit my review Bill and call me disingenuous! This stuff happened and you cannot deny it! I know Kierstein no longer works at this firm, but it says a lot about a firm when the owner defends the bad attorney he hired.

P. S. 5/3/23 - I forgot to mention that Kierstein Schramek also violated my HIPAA rights by forwarding my unredacted medical records to an AFC without my consent or a formal HIPAA authorization.

Bill, Rob and the entire staff at William Sayegh Law Firm are great to work with. They have handled legal matter for me on serval occasions and I’ve been very pleased with the whole process. I would highly recommend them for any legal matter
