It's rebounding with the addition of the Floor & Decor and there's new construction going on. For a while most of the stores sat vacant so the future looks bright for this spot.

Sad shopping area. All the shops are gone, so if you are looking for lots of places to just park, then I would recommend. Otherwise, shop online.

Fayetteville Plaza deserve no star at all because the mall is empty they have all of these new businesses that's opening up and it does not comply with the type of environment that is around in the area. I would like to see a super Walmart up in the. Sayville Plaza that would be more beneficial to the neighborhood because people are always buying food household items they put some northwell Health Center in the Sayville Plaza. And they put something about floors and fixing up your house people's are broke this is a pandemic and I think that Sayville Plaza can do better than that to accommodate the people in the neighborhood because the things that they put in there I just don't see the need for it and there's big empty building.that have been sitting there for years and years and years and that's an embarrassment to the neighborhood. They need to put something in that mall where is going to create and generate revenue and jobs for the Neighbors in the neighborhood.

There's nothing left. What a depressing lot with stores that have gone out of business years ago.

How are they gonna close Kmart and then (Kmart) just buy this plaza? Put the Kmart back -_- I’m not traveling to the end of the earth to go to the last location in Hamptons.

I’m so happy this place is starting to see life again! They just repaved the parking lot and are planting so many flowers. Heard we might be getting an Aldi and a At Home superstore along with the Floor and Decor

Good neighborhood, lots of stores out of business but it's going through a gentrification. Should be exciting, looking forward thx!

Center is mostly empty with a handful of retail like old Navy, panera, chipotle, a Walk in and a few others. New retailers supposedly under contract to move in shortly

This shopping center is %80 vacant, parking lots not maintained, falling down parking lights. The owners of this shopping center must be greedy for not having reasonable rental rates. The place has been empty for years.

Horribly desolate and destitute plaza. The sign for borders books and music is still up after being closed for 15 years and gives me weird feelings.

We were there for Panera, Modells and Pier One are permanently closed. Old Navy and other stores still in business.

This place is a virtual Ghost Town. On the western entrance a light pole is leaning over very sketchy. No visible presence of security. These huge empty structures should be used as a temporary hospital or a well managed homeless shelter as the weather gets worse.

Every store in the mall has closing except the restaurant and Bath Bed & Beyond an Old Navy and Panera Bread and Sprint. This is a bad sign because it shows you that people in the neighborhood is broke. They can't afford to keep the neighborhood malls open it's terribly wrong and something that's not going right here in Sayville. They ride around in mercedes-benz's and all these fancy cars and fancy purses and fancy shoes. But something is wrong because everything is closing up.
