I’ve been a Scaran customer for almost 20 years. Brandon and Louis came to perform my annual cooling maintenance. They were very professional, polite, and personable. I always feel confident that work performed will be good.

Brandon and Lou were very thorough, efficient and hard working. They did a great job making sure my air was working. Cleaned up nicely after the job was over and were very respectful. Couple of good workers who do great work. Thank you!

Brandon and Louis were the technicians, who came to do the yearly preventative maintenance on the furnace and air conditioning units. They were courteous knowledgeable about their job. They made you feel comfortable knowing your work will be done right.

Had a scheduled maintenance appointment today. As always was pleased with the service and professionalism. Technicians Brandon and Louis worked fantasticly together. Scaran always will be a company I use and recommend.

Brandon and Louis came by bright and early as scheduled to do my annual furnace maintenance. They completed the check and cleaning of 2 furnaces in about a half hour and assured me the units are in fine working order.

Mike O was on time for our appointment.

Used to have the neighborhood company, I liked the personal service. I guess they got taken over, merged, or something because now they are part of Scaran. Thought I might lose the personal service but the tech who serviced my boiler was great. Vivian Craigwell was the tech and I highly recommend him.

Annual service of burner. Serviced by Technician Vivian Craigwell, oldschool, polite, always professional. Highly recommend.

We had our winter/heating tune-up yesterday, which is part of our annual contract. The technician for this visit was Brandon G. The service was performed efficiently and the work performed clearly explained. Additional enhancements were informational notices on the devices to explain their function should the need arise.

Coupled with this service is the interaction with the office support team, Lisa and others to accomplish the work.

I’ve been using Scaran for a little over two years now with zero complaints, they have great service, they do an excellent job fixing and maintaining my heating and cooling. I’ve recently had the pleasure of dealing with Brandon G in my recent annual maintenance of my heating who took it a step further to label all my gas lines, on and off switches for my unit. As well leaving a very detail description of everything that was done during my maintenance check up.

Had my boiler serviced today. I would highly recommend my technician Vivian Craigwell. I felt he took his time and checked that everything was working correctly. Showed up right on time and explained everything that was performed. Thanks again

Brandon G performed our annual gas maintenance today. He was extremely helpful and thorough in providing service to our heating and hot water systems. Scaran has a great crew of technicians.
