Since this is the only feedback I’m asked to leave, the technicians are always fantastic here!
However, I do take issue with the automated system when you call to speak to someone.instead of reaching somebody at the salon, you are waiting and waiting on hold for an eternity. I called because I was confirmed three times via email for an appointment at noon. I rushed to make it on time calling while I drove (hands free) and when I finally did reach somebody through the automated system, they told me my appointment was at 12: 30. I’m gonna write this off to the Holliday craziness?
I love this salon, don’t make me hate it.
