Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy! Dr sinha seemed to be the answer to my prayers but just like every other doctor his promises meant nothing. An active person going to the gym twice a day, 5 days a week and he made me think he could help me with my breathing issue, nope thought wrong, tried to tell me to excercise more! Really 1 1/2 hours 5 days a week isn’t enough

Dr. Ahmed Khan was extremely knowledgeable & he went out of his way, I felt, to correctly diagnose and make sure I had the proper medicine.
However his staff was frequently rude & inefficient, once rescheduling an appointment without notifying me, and on another occassion left me waiting for 45 minutes without an explanation although I politely asked why the wait. I was told he’ll be in “any minute now”. After 20 minutes, when I asked assertively, I was told his morning hospital rounds were running long, and it would be few more minutes. When I asked why this was not explained to me, as I had other appointments to keep, I was told I was not his only patient and need to understand he has rounds.
I said I understood physicians had rounds, but why schedule me on the morning he has rounds which can sometimes run long in all medical specialties? I was given an eye roll and informed that I requested an early appointment implying this was my fault.
I was to be given the results of tests that day, but could not wait longer as my time was important and scheduled as well. I requested the doctor call me when he got in, and he graciously did.
I left this practice despite my confidence and genuine like of Dr. Khan. It was a shame as it was nothing to do with his care.
He and his partners need to reevaluate their staff, their rules, guidelines & responsibilities for how they treat patients.

If I could give this office zero stars, I would. The receptionists are rude, unprofessional and condescending. They treat patients as if they have no other choice but to tolerate their poor attitude. They speak loudly enough for everyone in the waiting room to hear about how much they hate patients. Elizabeth is the worst of all of them. Expect to wait at least an hour for your appointment maybe an hour and a half or more. My prescription wasn’t sent the same day or even the day after my visit - regardless of the fact that I was experiencing extreme discomfort. I had to call the office 4 times asking for it before it even arrived at my pharmacy. Disgraceful. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I can't begin to express how rude the receptionist was. Young red head. Told me she left a message on rescheduling my appointment. Not only did I bring the day up on my phone in front of her with a voice message reminding me to be there THAT day, the day she supposedly left a reschedule message for an appt I didn't agree to nor heard of, mind you she NEVER called. She then told me she wasn't going to argue and 24 people didn't show, so the Drs.left early and I should be the 25th basically. Refused to apologize after I said I deserved one and sneered at me. Fun times, half day work lost and gas from Saratoga both ways

Charing $50 dollars for 2 missed appointments one of which was moved without my knowledge and I took time out of my day to show up and be told I missed it and another which I asked to be cancelled. The office staff is always rude and acts like you are inconveniencing them. Providers were pretty good but overall wouldn't look elsewhere.

This place gets no stars. I was bumped because I was a few minutes late and was told they couldn't see me and have to reschedule. I live an hour and 45 minutes away. I was late because of an accident.
You have to walk through a maze in the hospital to get to the practice. We spent more time arguing than it would have taken to see me. Very unprofessional and horrible staff. Definitely would not recommend. They deserve the 2.4 star rating.

I was referred here by my primary. I have bad sleep apnea of course. Dr. Goykhman was really cool with me, personable, took time etc etc. I liked him. My mother, did not like that I was there when she found out. She’s a retired 40 year RN. I kind of ignored it but did know better. It’s not the Doc. He’s well & fine, I guess but the place is horribly run. When I began having issues I reached out to a friend who is a PA and she said, “oh sweetie, you need to tell me when and who you’re sent to. ” Haha. Tests run, no results for weeks, blaming the sleep center who I know kept their timeline (I was the only one there my night, they weren’t busy). I was never told verbally or by letter. I asked too. It wasn’t until 2 months later at the appointment I knew the result. Same with lung study results. I still don’t have the oximetry results from the home test he ordered for a week after cpap began. I had to remind them too. It was 3 weeks. Haha. Nothing. Sure, no news is good news, right? I should know. So, I can’t say the doc himself is bad (professionals did though), but the rest of it is enough for you to go elsewhere. I left and started elsewhere.

I was referred here through my PCM. I saw someone on Sept 1st for severe sleep apnea. Sept 17 I conducted the sleep study at Ellis Sleep Center. Around October 17 I call looking for results and don’t get anything. I’m told the issue lies with the sleep center. I call the sleep center and they tell me they already sent my raw data to the doctors for review. I call every week asking for an update only to be told a board certified doctor must review. I finally said enough is enough and contacted my insurance to file a grievance. Surprisingly all of the sudden my results are reviewed and I’m receiving them in the mail shortly.

I normally don’t write review but whatever you do, DO NOT COME HERE. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE

My mother died under their care at Ellis Hospital ICU. She didn’t die because of their care, but a month of dealing with them at Ellis was itself traumatic. Their administrative support hung up on me after I complained, each doctor who was assigned to ICU had a different prognosis and strategy, they didn’t return phone calls despite repeated requests for help or information and they acted like their were doing us a favor by talking to us at all. I understand that options are limited in Schenectady, but my mother saw these doctors for years -she was loyal to this practice and their staff. And in the end, in my opinion they failed her and her family. They are below average pulmonologists with a real lack of accountability or training in their offices and their staff. They failed my mother and our family. They are, in my opinion, the last group you want caring for your loved ones. Drive to Albany and have peace of mind. These doctors
are the last option.

Dr J Khan is fantastic! Been going to him for over a year now and no complaints. He knows my asthma better than any other doctor I’ve encountered. I’m at the point where I will only speak with him about my asthma rather than my primary or urgent care doctors. He has called to check up on me outside of scheduled appointments. Also if my insurance won’t cover certain prescriptions he helps with samples. Yes there was a wait to get into the practice but it was well worth it. According to my primary at the time she said I was lucky to get an appointment that soon with him. My wait was 3-4 months I guess it’s usually 6. A doctor like him is hard to find.

I have been a patient of Dr. J. Kahn for about 3 years now and have had nothing but great care. The up front staff as well as the woman who does the testing and Dr Kahn have always been so kind and thorough. I have always had my phone calls returned and I love the communication through the portal. Dr Kahn always seems to care about my progress and my overall health. I appreciate my Dr and his staff. Thank you.

The physicians at this practice are excellent. Dr. Platt and Dr. A. Kahn helped save my life. I had a rare pulmonary condition and they were very knowledgeable and skilled at treating it. They were very responsive to any concerns that I had. I had been to other facilities because of my condition and found these doctors to be at the top of their profession. We are very lucky to have them in this community and I am very grateful.

My doctor is Jehanzeb Khan, and he is terrific. The office staff is very cordial and they take care of my prescriptions right away. The doctor always calls back personally sending results that I have from tests and I have never had any problems with appointments being canceled.and they are terrific with referring me to other specialists and for referring me for tests. I wish all my doctors were this courteous and professional.
I can't speak for anybody else in the practice as I've only seen dr. Khan, but in my opinion is absolutely the best.

Easily one if the worst Doctor/Patient experiences I’ve ever had. I was sent here for Sleep Apnea for work (I am a truck driver) I sat with Dr J Khan for 15 minutes. It cost me 275 dollars. That’s the last time I spoke to any doctor from this office. I was notified by a equipment supplier that the doctor ordered a CPAP machine for me.which told me I was diagnosed with sleep Apnea. Then a Dr Gorla got involved. After being in the machine for the required time I asked for a compliance report.so that I can get my DOT med card back. That seems to be another fiasco. Do yourselves a favor and don’t go here.at all.

You will be instantly greeted with rude staff via telephone and even with an approved referral with authorization number, they will tell you that they will call you back. Dont worry though, they wont be calling back. You calling back will only result in another excuse but just further cement the fact that they have no idea whats going on there. You will instantly get the feeling that they do NOT want to do their jobs and other reviews show this as well. Stay away if you actually want to be helped - I feel that I dodged a bullet with this place now and plan on receiving care from a place that isnt run with such laziness and incompetence.
