You claimed there are supply chain issues however, I believe this issue is 2 months old Should I look for material?

One of the support posts is (warped/twisted). Your crew put on the covering never finished the trim and never mentioned the irregularity.
While we are on the topic of trim there is a portion of exposed wood at the top of the column where the aluminum capping did not cover (from a prior home improvement.)

Your sub told me there is nothing he could do. I found this awkward. I found a Fyphon catalogue on line with a 4" cove molding that looks suitable please make a inquery

I have taken all the tools and materials left on the porch 2 weeks go 10/18/22 and stored it in the garage. If this is a long term rental please advise.

I am in favor of a larger covering for a better cosmetic fix

Schiano Fence company did a great job installing my fence last October 2021. The money hubby and I paid was well worth every penny. The crew came in for few days and installed my beautiful fence around my property. They crew new exactly how to install and what they were doing. Just so beautiful!

Exceptional family owen business! The customer service was what did it for me, she took her time explaining everything for us and sent us home with a catalog to decide there was no pressure to buy and they do offer the best prices.

The nice lady who works the sales desk is very knowledgeable and helpful. I don't know her name but she is great.

Excellent job. I had a PVC fence installed. I paid the deposit on a Monday and they came to install it on that Saturday. I don’t know if they had a cancellation or what but I was happy because they did a great job. Their salesman Chris is also a true gentleman.

Phone etiquette of receptionist is beyond hostile and rude! I called to follow up on my order after several weeks but the lady gave me a LECTURE about how I am wasting her time like I am a bother. I am a paying customer and it's not like I am calling EVERY DAY. If this is how you treat your paying customers, I hope you go bankrupt soon. Don't work in customer service if you can't treat people with decency and a composed manner. There's no need to freak out!

BUYER BEWARE: the phone edicate is horrendous and the website is misleading. I called this place with the hopes of being able to schedule a time to have my fence repaired and she went on to say that she can't install it because I didn't buy it from them and that my children should put it up. I couldn't even get a word in edgewise because she was hostile and proceeded to talk over me. This is bad business and I won't be doing business here at all and I won't be recommending my peers here.
