They are not reliable. Doctor's appointments are very crucial. They will cancel a ride and not offer another driver. They should have emergency drivers on call to solve the problem. Seniors need these rides for they have no other way to get to their appointments. I do not recommend this service to anyone. They are very unreliable and you have to pay a fine for cancelling an appointment. They need to take better care of their business.
