In person is great. The staff is real nice. But why is it so hard to get in contact with anyone, I’ve been waiting more than the recommended time for payment.

Hey everyone, I would totally recommend this focus group. I had a great experience, the facility is clean bathrooms are clean and the researchers in my group were respectful and kind, however my mother did not have the best experience she felt that the man in her room facilitating was really rude to her expressing himself unkindly because she was a bit confused. However we did get payment instantly which was a plus!

Never had an issue with any online surveys or in person market research at their offices. Never miss a payment or an email. Most consistent firm of their kind.

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS RESEARCH GROUP THERE GOING TO USE YOU AND NOT PAY YOU! It has been 5 months since I participated in a study on June 23 and I still haven't received payment also did another study in August 30 haven’t got any payment. The project was banking and kitchen appliances. I have waited patiently for these payments and your company once again has not kept up with their promise of sending payments ent 4-6 weeks as you state in your confirmation n emails. Also when you call them you leave all these voicemails to the payment department but no one get back to you just fighting to get paid for your time. LISTEN TO ME WHEN I SAY DO'NT WORK WITH THEM THERE WAY BETTER RESEARCH GROUPS OUT THERE!

It has been 6 weeks since I participated in a study on Aug. 17 and I still haven't received payment. My project was Caregivers. I have waited patiently for the payment and your company once again has not kept up with their promise of sending payent 4-6 weeks as you state in your confirmarion emails. This is not the first time I go through this with your company. This is unprofessional and I would like my payment sent out immediately.

Truly grateful to be able help with new technology and various other methods of studies that in turn can the way we assist people moving forward. Technology is here and the more we become able to use it to assist in ways we once dreamed. Then we can all do our part in a small ways through the help of Schlesinger to improve live one innovation at a time.

I recently participated in a market study for a prototype in the Schlesinger offices in Midtown on Third Avenue. Offices are clean and the staff is very friendly and efficient.

Weird to be asked to rate a focus group organization. They're fine. Can't speak about the survey itself.
