Outstanding quality and customer service! After months of researching what leather jackets would be perfect for us, me and my wife drove into the city to visit the new flagship store. We were helped by Joe, who found exactly what we were looking for from the racks as if he knew just what we needed. I can tell we left with quality pieces we’ll be wearing for decades to come.

Amazing selection (everything from wallets to coats) and staff. Loved the experience and bought my first jacket!

I bought my second jacket from Schott at their new location now at 32 Howard. Carlos was attentive, knowledgeable and patient in helping me get the jacket I wanted to my liking. I look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend everyone to come check out their new location.

Good experience at the NYC store. New location is more roomy and organized. Wesley in sales helped me out a lot. Really cool personable guy and helped me out a lot finding my jacket.

One more update: My Schott 618 jacket feels just right after a winter of daily wear, however just as I expected sleeves had to be shortened. Visited the store. Send jacket for this minor alteration. Got it back. All good. Fit is perfect now. Can't ask for more.well.may be another jacket?

If you love leather jackets you should love Schott jackets! The NY store in Elizabeth street is AMAZING, tons of jackets to try, a real paradise on earth! Very nice staff, they never push you, they are just prepared, professional, friendly.
I’ve bought many jackets from them, and hope to continue to do it!
(just check the new address because they’re moving in a bigger shop in a while)

You want a cool coat or jacket? They have cool coats and jackets in a cool store with cool staff. Very well made in the USA, too.

You can skip this one. The jacket I bought is exquisite but the staff is stoned, lazy, or both. They happily swiped my card for a near 1k jacket but couldn’t lift a finger to assist me. I don’t nominate any of these tattooed loafers for any customer service awards. They did however have the courtesy to mention that since I “wore the jacket out” (leave the store with it on) it was now non-refundable. It would have been nice to know that fact before I made the decision to wear it out instead of take it home in a bag. The manager seems more interested in nurturing his team’s morale then the customer’s needs. Go to the Dumbo location, it may be better but probably not. Or better yet, buy online. Great product, bad experience, and at the flagship location? What a huge disappointment. Sadly it happened to me twice here so it’s not a one-time occurrence. Best to avoid.

Excellent service, the jackets and sweaters are fascinating, the smell that the leather produces is unbelievably great, I loved buying in this store, I will surely return soon, I want it to be winter now to show off their products.
