Was bringing my truck here for all my service however they decided to not care about good customer service after they didn’t wanna scan my computer on my truck after it stalled twice in the lot after they did a computer recall update.

If I could give 0 stars, I would (even that would be generous). Very dissappointed with all levels of service from this dealership. Took my Mustang in pristine condition to get an oil change at this dealership.

After the service, I noticed the car was deeply visibly dented and the vinyl wrap was ripped, exposing and scratching the paint underneath. I told the staff while I was still there and they would not own up to the damage or give me any clear answers.

One staff member said grease/oil was spilled on the car and the car was sent through the wash. I was disappointed to hear about this as I take care of my vinyl wrap and do not entrust the washing of my cars to others, to keep it in prstine condition. Their wash left greasy streaks all over matte the wrap and so much water INSIDE of the car.

They redirected me through countless other people and eventually the owner, Traci Schultz Brega. Very rude and arrogant woman, cares only about her dealership’s bottom line and not the property of others. She refused to assist in any way and only nasty words came out of her mouth. She refused to show the videos from the camera at first and would not try to resolve the issue at all.

When we did see the video, it is clear that there was no damage to the car when it was dropped off, meaning that the damage happened while it was being serviced at the dealership.

The OWNER of the dealership said that there were no cameras in the car washing area, very convinient for them. Another staff member clarified that they actually do have a camera in there.

It’s very convenient that the surveillance cameras, that they installed for surveillance, do not have the resolution to solve any problems. Also, they don’t put cameras in all areas of the shop, like the car wash or ends of the parking lot.

In the end, they still will not admit to the mistake and will not fix the damage that they caused. They also refuse to show any footage from the cameras that would help solve the situation.

If you love your car and value keeping it in good condition, take it somewhere else. I thought a FORD dealership would take the best care of my FORD car, but they could care less. The don’t care about keeping customers. You would think the OWNER of the Ford dealership would try their best to help customers, but I guess not Traci Schultz Brega.

I have a 2020 Ecoboost Mustang which needs the ANC (Active Noise Cancelation) disabled. Which is basically the fake engine noise running through the speakers. This is pretty common bur the service guys at Ford didn't know anything about it and the reason for this bad review is because they were unwilling to look into it. They were just like Sorry, tough luck. I wonder how they treat other customers.

We picked up a Ford Ranger from Schultz Ford today and everyone there was very attentive and friendly. Had a very good experience dealing with Marty Picinik both in person and over the phone. We love our new car!

Great service all around. Needed a part that was on national back order. Many dealers had it instock but would not sell it. Schultz sold to me and shipped it out next day UPS. Thanks again.

Overall experience at Schultz was one of the best experiences I have had at any dealership. Everyone is friendly and helpful. James Adams is a great salesman who listens, explains options in a simple way, and helps you decide the best decision for you. Schultz Ford and Lincoln in Nanuet, New York provided my wife and I one of the best new vehicle purchase experiences we have ever had. The team was professional, courteous, and worked with us as an out-of-state buyer to make the process seamless. I cannot thank our salesman Tyler and the team enough! The lack of customer service in the Parts and Service Department is mind boggling. Every person encountered has a "could care less" attitude and avoids having a conversation with you. I would never recommend this dealership. Stay away.

1/22/2023 Update
I contacted the management of Schultz Lincoln regarding the terrible experience I had on 1/10/2023. I got an almost immediate response and within a short time after that was contacted to arrange for a loaner car to be dropped off at my home and my car to be picked up the next day. The loaner was dropped off at 9AM the next day and my car was at the dealer shortly thereafter ready for diagnosing. Later that day I was told they would most likely have the car a week or 2 based on what they assessed. Within a week it was repaired and returned. I could not have asked for a better experience. It's a shame the awful experience I encountered the first time around forced me to give such a horrible review. My faith in the service provided by Schultz has been completely restored based on their response to my compliant. Kudos to them for taking such things so seriously. A rarity these days.

Great service department, courteous, knowledgeable staff and team. The dealership has loaner cars available if you need any service done on your automobile. Judy one of the team members is a real gem. "Judy on Duty" is her motto, she was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable all rolled into a wonderful positive attitude and made my experience at the service department that much better!

This dealership is very racist for no reason. Refusing to help. Doing their best possible way to push customer away from seeking help. Refuse to fix my car and saying it’s not their problem while my car is under their warranty. My advise is you need to avoid doing business with them.
