Schwarz Assessment Facility for the Homeless reviews
13This is a homeless shelter so far so good been here since Aug. 19th 2020. I gone stay and see how I like it.my first time in New York state.but I believe I will get the benefits I need.been in Atlanta GA.from Jackson MS area!
Good place but not very clean. The bathrooms were missing toilet paper and there were bugs in the shower area. They also have you sign paperwork saying they gave you a lock, towel and other stuff but they said they were out of those things even though they have you sign paperwork saying they gave it to you. Also the bed assignments are weird and hard to find because they are not in order at all and some don't even exist.
Not a good place to live if your homeless, their trying to improve it but needs major positive contribution
It's a crazy process that needs refining, but they do treat you like a human being, which means a lot when you're in this position.
If you have a job they rather you get fired then help you out all the say regardless sooner or later you will be seen just wait till they call you so if you have a job your out of luck unless you get loud and in there face
Terrible environment for a number of reasons. Mainly because of the sneak thieves and unhealthy environment that and I guarantee you will get sick from the poor ventilation and countless street people coughing out loud in the open air. God bless you if you find yourself in the facility. Use a lock because of the heroin addicts that roam around the beds at night looking to steal your valuables and buy drugs with them.
It's been good to me and certain staff really have been supportive of me even when I am going through bad times and I love them for that they are my family it's been a honor
Was there a week haven't asinged me a case manager yet and the doctor sent me to the hospital. Will see how things go when I get out of the hospital and Back to the shelter how things go.
This is a men's homeless shelter I am staff and it serves its purpose, nothing for free but it help those who help themselves staff only can utilize what they are given.but it cannot change homelessness for these men but it can assess what is needed for independent living for the individual.its a process not perfect but its in place at least.
Over rated
If you have a solid greavance
You will be transferred to even a less
Competent shelter so your case can't be heard.where some female in authority
Exercises her manhood with resentment
Hostilities and arrogance.you meant evil
But God turned it around. When bad things happen for good reasons My God
Gets the Glory. Have some compassion on the homeless, they keep you employed.
The staff doesn't care and it shows in the gloom in the clientele and the state of the building, itself. But the facade will fool you at first.
I've been all over the world and stood in 5star hotels but this hotel should be given 6stars, pools, women, soccer fields, the best money can buy, rides in a buggatti veryon around the island, free pu-tang, THE ULTIMATE BEST FOOD, PARADISE
This place is disgusting. No help whatsoever. They steal ur stuff and there are more drugs than in the street. Guys overdose and you can get sick quick.bathrooms are filthy and bugs everywhere. Don't recommend it to no one. Rather stay in the street than come here. The Mayor needs to pay this place a visit.but unannounced so he can see what tax payers are spending their money on
