Scrubs & Beyond, Rochester NY

Bought scrubs online and they keep saying they are sending me a email so I can return my items and don't send me the email. I've called three times. They say email sent you will get it shortly and never do. Can't return my items very upset

Selection was not what I hoped for.but the customer service was great and I was able to get what I need, ordered. Also, you get a discount for being a UMMC Employee

The Rochester ny Henrietta location surpassed my expectations. We have new born puppies and they are very fragile. We didn’t want any outside germs to get to them. Patrick and Cheryl went above and beyond to set up the right tools we needed to keep our precious pups safe.

Stopped here for a quick shopping trip for my gf to get some scrubs for her new job. Walked in and immediately was greeted by Patrick the store manager. Instantly felt at ease with him. He was very friendly and polite. While my gf was trying on scrubs we chit chatted a bit. He helped us find a few great outfits. Definitely would come back when we're local again. Thank you for a great store manager.

Wonderful experience. I haven’t been in to this store in a few years and they just so happened to find an old $8 gift card that was left on my account! Very friendly. Although prices are pretty high even with the discount.still the best scrub shop around!

I had a great experience and the staff there was super helpful and patient, specially Patrick. I of course was running late and got held up at work, but really wanted to take advantage of the trade in scrub deal they were running. I called the store and Patrick answered the phone. I told him i would be cutting it close to the time of the store closing. He pleasantly told me not to worry and that he’d see me when I got there. Once there, although it was time for the store to close, he did not rush me, helped me order an item online, and even encouraged me to take my time. Outstanding staff member who demonstrated excellent customer service! We need more Patrick’s in this world!

Sue was beyond helpful in my visit to scrubs and beyond. She took the time to help me find the correct color and styles of scrubs my employer specified. She also helped me find a flattering lab coat. Been in retail for about 15yrs. I have to say that this place tops my list for some the best customer service and pricing I’ve ever experienced.
Patrick went above and beyond in helping me find the right pair scrubs and I saw that passion equalized in helping the other customers in the store.

I read some pretty bad reviews and almost didn't go because of them. But I had a great experience. Patrick was very attentive and made you feel like he wanted you in the store. I will definitely go back there.

Mike was very helpful, excellent customer service! Called and said that I would be in to pick up a set of scrub s that I had placed on hold and he stayed open 2 minutes before close to accommodate me! Great selections too!

Thought I would stop in to see what they had in stock that didn't neee to be ordered- the guy working came over and just stared at me while I was trying to look at scrubs. Then, said "that looks like it'll fit you! " (I didn't ask) to the shirt I was holding and then loudly asked "what size do you wear? " It felt extremely intrusive. He wouldn't let me just browse. I wouldn't go in again, I'll stick to uniform village!

Horrible the guy literally stood at the door at 748 and when we approached the store he said just like this "hi we close in 5 minutes" in a really snotty voice. I will never spend a dime in that store. Horrible customer service by far
