Scrubs & Beyond, Staten Island NY

Stay away! This is the worse business I have ever dealt with. I opened a business account with them over the summer for my staff. My first order was ok. However, the second order is a disaster. Missing scrubs, waiting on tops to return from the embroidery, some scrubs were not even ordered after everything was paid for in full. This is going on over 6 weeks. Every time I call I get the same reply. WE WILL CALL YOU BACK. I am still waiting. They are a hot mess.

I visited the Staten Island store twice this week to purchase several pair of scrubs. Both times I was assisted by Jeanette. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding me the correct brand and sizing. Her patience and pleasant personality made the experience easy and enjoyable. I will definitely return to this store.

I went there to buy scrubs a long time ago, maybe a year or 2 ago, when I went there last time I couldn’t get any help because it was so packed and the worker was honestly overwhelmed so I didn’t bother to ask for help. Had a very bad experience after getting something completely wrong. So I never bothered to shop there again, I have been buying all my scrubs and uniforms online unfortunately I started having problems with customer service and decided to start buying in person…. So I decided to give this place another try, I was truly surprised I came in and it was pretty busy I felt bad for the girl working alone, I didn’t want to bother her but she came to me and asked if I needed help and I truly did. I was shocked at how welcoming this employee was so I decided to post a review to thank her for welcoming me with a big smile and for going above and beyond. I forgot her name but it was j something janette Jeanette…. Anyways thank you guys I’m definitely coming back again, beats getting wrong shipments and it’s local so will be stopping by from time to time.

Tanya was extremely helpful and accommodating. She brought a variety a brands for me to try on so that I can feel which was most comfortable to me. Very pleasant experience. Will be returning again.

I needed to buy scrubs for a new job, and I am so glad that I came in. Anna and destiny were so most amazing! The best customer service I have ever experienced! They had so much patience, and I can’t thank them enough! They greeted me with a smile from the moment I walked in, till I left. Anna and destiny thank you so so much for all your help!

Lindsay Mason is the best. She helped us with my sons school uniform. I will keep coming back as long as she works here.
