I just wanted to take a moment and say that my father’s experience here was phenomenal. I was extremely pleased with the care he received and the staff. From the social work team, Natalia was extremely helpful, caring and even provided us with FaceTime calls to be able to see our dad and help keep him motivated. The director of social work Jillian went above and beyond to provide us with updates and answered all of our questions. She was always in communication with us and even provided me with her personal contact. I have to say, I am so grateful for the level of attention she had for any of our concerns. Also, a special shout out to Katie one of the dialysis techs who I had the pleasure of dealing with. She was a great listener, brought comfort to me and my family. I truly appreciate these individuals who did all they could to make my dad’s stay at Sea Crest a great experience. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

We could not get through in any way and find out why breakfast and dinner are delayed for the patient by 2.5 hours? Nobody picked up the phone for hours.
We would like to receive an answer. Few employees? Negligence towards residents, Indifference? What is this?

Don't bother calling them, they play phone tag then when you get to the right person after 12 transfers they just put you on indefinitely hold

This place needs to change ASAP! They don’t take care of patients! We are putting our loved ones lives in these peoples hands! You can’t even reach them by phone. Your nursing home needs to take care of the patients 24/7! Hospitals take better care of patients than this place. You are writing such good things about this place on your website but you are doing nothing. Stop being lazy and help!

I really like this facility. This is the second time my mom has been here. They are very clean. The staff are very friendly. I love to visit my mom and take her to the main room where their are other patients. Very nice place.

A good friend of mine is currently in care and she states it's decent care but sometimes you're waiting around for your concerns and / or requests to be met.

My brother checked in there after back surgery which he was expected full recovery and died 7 days later. He said he was uncomfortable and asked to be seated in the nurses station so they could watch him. They told me that he was at the nurses station and they looked up and we was dead. Some care. Beware.

Sea Crest is a fabulous nursing home! As we service the vending machines here I witness how each and every resident is being taken care of with all their needs. The place is always spotless clean and the staff members are so nice and friendly.

Hi my grandpa was in Sea Crest for a long time and the staff was great. And i always loved eating upstairs at the cafe with him. The care he got here was so good he was able to walk again after he had a knee replacement.

This is the second time someone in my family has used this facility. First time was in 2013 with my dad. He had alot going on and they did everything possible for him. He had to leave there and go back to the hospital. Unfortunately he passed away. Now again with my mom who fell and broke her hip and hand. She had a total hip replacement. We wanted this to be the place she would have her therapy.

After my hip surgery, I was transferred into SeaCrest Care Center. There, I was very satisfied with the politeness and friendliness of the staff, and I felt very welcomed there. -Tamara Sarkisyan
