Alexei car #7 was the most responsible car service. I had a birthday birthday, and we had everything we needed to accommodate our guests. I highly recommend him! Had great service, and great costumer care!

Cheaper than Uber, but much worse. Driver violating rules, and practice unsafe driving.
Service is terrible. The worse experience ever.

Very bad experience. The guy was very rude over the phone. Giving higher rates than Uber and he does not know how to talk to people. He hung up during phone conversation. Please avoid this service. Save ur money and self respect.

Very bad service. Call Seagall one day in advance to order car, I have been told to call next day.
When I call them next day, they said to call before I will take a flight from JFK When I call them before my flight, they said to call them when I landing.
When I call them again they said there is no cat.
They used to be a good reliable car service, no more.
You cannot rely on them.

While the driver wasn't the most talkative or welcoming on the ride, he went above and beyond by waiting for us nearly 30mins while we passed thru Customs at JFK. For this accomodation-5Stars!

First the dispatcher was very polite and honest about arrival of my car going to my destination second driver was amazing and helpful i left my phone he noticed and made sure I came back for it he was as nice when he picked us up to go home I will definitely be using them again

Excellent service! The driver arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled and the van was perfect. Seagull would be my first choice anytime I need a car in south Brooklyn.

One note to the owner of the business, when you type "car service" into Google and maps, Seagull never appears in the search results. I only found the company by searching some phrase like "brooklyn transportation" or something else that isn't obvious. Might help business if you can get Seagull to show up for car service searches.

Disgusting service! Operator is rude and always unhappy. Driver is rude, not polite and not professional. Next time only Uber.

Great car service.it was cery convinient, fast and safe to call them and get a car within 10-15 min or next day.

The absolute worst passenger experience ever. Harsh braking, poor navigation, overall just very bad driving.

I always call this car service but unfortunately this morning the reckless driver almost killed me.

NEVER ON TIME! If dispatcherwould tell your car gonna be in 5-6 min always add 10-15 min to it. Never apologize just an attitude. Uber always the best option!

Dispatcher on 11.26 at 4: 51 pm was very root an nasty!

We made order in the evening for the next morning to go to JFK. Next morning we didn’t get the car. When we called to dispatch he answered they don’t have our order and he sad ‘Good night’. Be careful with this company. They can forget about you.

TODAY I TRIED TO GET TAXI FROM THIS COMPANY AND IT WAS MY LAST TIME WHEN I REACH OUT THIS TAXI COMPANY! THE OPERATOR WAS RUDE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! THIS OPERATOR (man) DIDN’T TELL US ABOUT TAXI INFORMATION AND WHEN I ASK HIM ABOUT TAXI PLATE NUMBER HE HANG UP ON ME! THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU THIS TAX
