After 53 years of having to depend on a sump pump to keep our basement dry, Sean Wlock fixed our problem! It required 250 foot of trench from the house to a low spot in back and even though it was winter he came during a January thaw. In 3 days he completed the project - the very last day working with lights in a fairly heavy snow! In addition he hauled away the stumps of trees that were removed. We found him to be reliable and affordable. Any future projects we have, Sean will be our first call. We couldn't be more pleased.

If you're considering a landscaper or excavation work, you can't go wrong with WlockScapes. I have quite a long driveway that needed excavation and repaving (with crushed stone) after several years of rains, three floods, and two years of heavy equipment during home renovations, took its toll. Sean was prompt, courteous, and easy to work with. Sean was very thorough, and left the property better than he found it. He re-pitched the driveway for better drainage, built in a swale to allow for runoff into the ditch, and even went a step further, levelling out the massive pile of dirt and boulders I had left over from previous work done at my home, blending it in nicely with the rest of the property. Sean also regraded the areas either side of my concrete right of way, making it easier for me to mow during the summer and remove snow in the winter. Sean stayed with the entire job until he was completed, then came back to touch up a couple of low spots, and to roll the driveway one more time, a few weeks after some unusually heavy rainfall we experienced in the area, of his own volition! I am definitely glad I hired Sean and his company!
