Worst nail salon ever. They grill you, their attitude shows they don’t want to work. Went for a pedicure and all she did was wash my feet and paint them. No cuticle oil, no scrub no nothing. Worst experience ever

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY! You will leave unsatisfied and angry promise you! They look like they hate their job

They over did everything, and some of the people were changed. Very professional, and people are very nice. I loved the nail style, they did for me and worth going. (will go again)

Worst experience. Nail tech rolled her eyes at us when we came in, they don’t put enough coats of the paint, you could see my nail through it and I pick a pretty solid color.

ALSO, one of the paint on my nail just slid off the nail not even 10 mins after leaving the place. (And I used the drier before leaving)

It’s not worth the price, go somewhere else

It was my first time coming here for acrylics the lady’s were nice but they rushed it I like the color but now my nails feel chipped all of them and it was for a birthday so lol

Very very rude. Just horrible attitudes. Did a manicure gel and they left all the cuticles in didn’t even clean the nail properly.took them like 10 mins to do it. Will not be back. Seems like they treat other Chinese people better and everyone else badly.

Very rude. Bad attitude. A spa is to relax not to get yelled at and feel bad. No need to be rude, no need to have bad attitudes.

It was my first time coming here, and I got French tips with UV Gel. Although it was a little pricey my nails turned out super nice and it came out how I wanted. Most likely come here again.

Super unprofessional. All the workers have so much attitude. They treat you 10x worse if you're not Asian. I came here a few times because it's close to my house thats the only reason. Every single time they have been so incredibly rude. They really need to fix their attitude because they have so much potential.

I love to go to seashell because my nails are done perfectly by Nicole and I come from Manhattan to Queens to do that because I come out of the seashell happy with my perfect done manicure and pedicure

Good prices, quick work, nice color selection, great shaping and paint jobs. Over all reliable nail salon.

Agressively rude, condescending, obnoxious, dismissive, tactless, over priced establishment. After one good experience, I returned, with a referral, only to be horrified by the maltreatment of their customers.

Too many great neighborhood salons as alternatives. Save yourself the trauma, delays, and money.

This place is disgusting and the ladies are sooo rude and disrespectful and they dont give any respect and i went to get my arcylic nails the next day my nail broke i went back they started laughing and being so rude trash place ever!

My family went in there couple of days ago.first of all for 2min job they make you wait for hours, and when you ask them to do certain things certain way they get upset and act very rude.

Secondly about tips they are very emotional about, try to pay them less tip and they will throw on your face.
