It can either be just a job or a career. It is what you make of it. Been with the company 4 years now and I have learned a lot about security systems and technology etc. If you are a hard worker the opportunity is there, you just have to be willing to receive it. I've seen people complain about the company but these are people who have no work ethic most times or think employment success is goanna be handed to them on a platter. Really comes down to the sites you are assigned to. Some will be good, some wont be. Certain sites you will have an opportunity to meet some decent people and establish good relationships and learn from them. Great networking job as you will meet and interact with a lot of different people from different walks of life.

Got call on march first by the head of HR for interview tried calling multiple times but was only left to voice mail system said would be reached within 24 hours. I never got call back tried every single day to just getting the voicemail system again I tried few other options with same response very very unprofessional.

We've had 2 guards out of perhaps 5 that have been courteous, professional, and know "community policing". The best was terminated for taking a stand with a difficult resident. For the last 2 mornings, the newer lady guard has come on and failed to use indoor voices, in a building that is an echo chamber. It is a weekend, and people like their sleep before 8AM. This is our home. She is a guest! Please train in courtesy.

This company is very unprofessional and have zero respect for their employees. Leaving their employees to work two and three shifts at a time without so much as a courtesy call. When I called their office tonight the person that I spoke to was so-called Road Patrol and he was extremely rude and very angry that I called even though I was just calling to be kind out of concern for our security guards. I live in one of the buildings that they are contracted to and we have had a heck of a time with poor security guards in the past through Securitas. Now we finally have some good guards and I would kind of like to keep them rather than allowing Securitas to chew them up and spit them out. I will be contacting the corporate office in the morning to discuss their so-called Road patrol officer and how he going up on me and was extremely rude.

Awful customer service officers rude and threatening people. Even supervisor was defending he’s officer after he threatened me of calling the police on me because I asked him to please listening when he turned his back to me. Disappointed because this people work with orderly people. All this happens In Danford tower Rochester

Put in an application, had my interview. Used to work for this company for 5 or more yrs. Never had my GED, I did attend classes for my GED. And they sent me an email recently saying I didn't qualify enough for the job. Though I have been doing Security for 20 yrs. LMFAO! So you need a piece of paper to say if your educated enough to Guard a facility or do paperwork. My qualifications exceed what they are looking for in my book. And I was ALWAYS reliable and I am still to this day. Oh well their LOSS and some other employers GAIN.

They didn't hire me I would of liked to worked for this company maybe in the future I guess

I deliver Loads to Avon NY For seven years now and I deal with guards here as a company you should at least train these people how to interact with other human beings all this guy has to do is take a pick up number for me and contact shipping The guy you have working in the morning here now really shouldn’t be here he doesn’t want to be here please let him go been peace or do whatever he would like to do this is not the job for him now I know that you’re not going to even read this and because you have one star you going to have some of your friends put a five star so it evens it out but seriously Hire and train people who want to work

Great company. They will give you the security class you if you qualify and meet certain requirements. The office staff are nice, professional and a good start your security career!
