Select Exterminating, Franklin Square NY

We hired Select to exterminate bees from our property. After two visits, the issue was not rectified and we had to do it on our own. I don’t know about their expertise in other areas of extermination but for bee removal it’s a no go. We could have saved 423 dollars.

Update:
Christine from Select called me to ask about my experience with the company. She was apologetic but she also told me that the company allows 30 days for the issue to be resolved. Also, the customer can call as many times as they want during the thirty-day period. At the time, I was unaware of that but it's good to know that they stand behind their service.

Reached out over a concern, Chrystal called the first thing and was more than willing to work with us and work towards a solution. She sent Mike out same day and he was unbelievably helpful and spent a lot of time with us and went above and beyond.

They blew off my appointment after waiting all morning. Good luck with this one. Wasted my time.

Our neighborhood has had a massive rodent problem with all of the outdoor dining that has popped up since the beginning of the pandemic. We coordinated with our neighbors to all use Select Exterminating and haven't been disappointed. The problem is well under control at this point.
