4 On a scale of 1-10 the apts rank at about 8.some things that should be
done are as follows:
When rules are made they should be kept or some sort of fine should be assessed. Especially as concerns parking by red curb or blocking driveways and handicapped lowered curbing. Better snow removal and lower patios should be shoveled by seneca Pointe as they were when I moved in. The grass cutting is atrocious especially between the apts and the sidewalk. Smoking is going on in the rooms as well as pot as you can smell it in the hallways. There should be a security guard on duty when manager not an duty to stop the late night coming and going between when mgr goes off duty and through 4 to 5 in the morning. We should also have a qualified maintenance man on duty every day.
Living in a two bedroom apartment just the right size. Lots of amenities.
Thoroughly enjoy it here. Would recommend to anyone looking to downsize!
When I first moved here I had a beautiful view of the wooded area, and the deer that came out in the early morning, and a parking space right in front of my apartment. How nice! Well, this summer they built a 10 unit garage, I now have a view of those garages and have also lost my parking space. Asked if I could move to a different unit but there is a $500.00 fee to do that.
Its been a few months since they put a new air conditioner in my apartment but maintenance hasn't been back to finish putting the molding on around the unit. It seems it takes a while to get any maintenence requests done.
I have met some very nice people here and enjoy their company so it would be hard to move but.hmmmm
My mom moved into seneca pointe apartments about 6 months ago.and she loves it they have so much to offer beauty salon gym stuff for her to do like bingo and and and dinners with the other seniors in the building.and the staff running the place Emily the management is a very nice and does her job well she I on point no pun intended.and the maintenance guy is Shawn is on his job the minute something breaks it's fix.so thanks Emily the management for giving my mom a great safe place to live.signed Keith
