Just when my opinion of Seneca River Trading couldn't get any lower, they managed to bring it down.

First, they didn't recognize the Cuisinart bowl I bought from them as not fitting the Cuisinart I had.

Then, they tried to cheat me out of the shipping on the return.

And now, to crown it, they've not issued the refund.

I have ordered a bake element for Viking oven, received 2 whirlpool oven racks, that was a year ago, unfortunately I ordered 2 other bake elements from these guys again, because I forgot they scammed me last time, I will call my bank tomorrow and cancel the transaction. Very disappointed with these guys.

Thank you thank you thank you! My 40+ year old Cusinart food processor will now outlive me! You not only had the parts to replace my old cracked work bowl at a fair price but you were wonderful to talk with on the phone, you knew your product and you shipped it immediately! I couldn’t be happier! Cusinart told me not to buy parts from a 3rd party, that Cusinart is not making the parts and I should just buy a new one for $300 that would last 2 years before the motor died. Mine is still running like a champ and will for many years. Cusinart Inc can kiss my grits! Love you guys!

Was looking for oven racks, which are surprisingly hard to find. A local store was charging $117 for the same racks that I purchased from Seneca River Trading for $48. The salesperson with whome I spoke was knowledgeable and shipping was fast and free. The item was exactly what I needed.

I finally recieved my heating element Sunday afternoon. I made lasagna and parmesan garlic bread. Tonight for dinner thank you so much I would upload a picture but it won't let me. I just want to say thank you and I'm a very satisfied customer. I will be returning if I need too. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

Customer service said the part would match. Bought, ordered, paid to ship it. Part did not match. Paid to have it shipped back. Refund issued was minus shipping both ways and less 20% for "restocking". When I confronted customer service they explained "it says may charge a 20% restocking fee on the packing slip" (that is delivered with the order after purchase).
I've been in the coffee business a long time, this was my first and last order with this company. Hope the $7.00 they stole from my refund was worth losing what would have been a regular parts order for the repair business I've opened. Small price to pay to know who to not do business with in the future.

I've had great luck purchasing appliance repair parts from Seneca River Trading Inc located in Seneca knolls NY. Regardless of whether I just walked in and asked for the part, or did my own homework and phoned in a part number, they've met my needs completely at a reasonable price. I'll happily continue to do business with them.

Tony was very helpful. He checked out 2 electronics I had brought to the store. They were both operating correctly. Gave me a recommendation for a service repair person. Who helped me to diagnose my problem. Perhaps I can still fix the problem on my own.

I've had this Kitchenaid Mixer for maybe 30 years- use it for everything, including stiff batters. It had died. I brought it in, they took a look and it was a loose wire- they repaired it on the spot! Thanks, guys.

Don't order from this company unless you are absolutely sure it will be the part you need. I recently ordered a replacement part for my food processor from this company via eBay. The the part ended up not fitting my unit and to replace it I had to pay my own shipping, which I accepted. When the refund was issued, I realized I was also charged a 20% restocking fee. This somewhat frustrated me because they now have an unused part that they can sell for full price but have charged me for my return. Beware.

Zero communication or follow-up. Be careful when entering part numbers in the search window as a similar - but not the same - part may be offered. Check and double-check before buying as you'll never hear from them again. Canadian buyers beware: If you are ordering from Canada, Seneca River Trading will send it via FedEx even if you choose USPS when checking out online. With FedEx brokerage and 'handling' fees you'll pay more than the cost to ship. A $100 USD item cost me $100 CAD in shipping and FedEx charges - invoiced later by mail - once I was done. Even with the steep cost of this premium courier, it still took 2 weeks to arrive, and I live less than 150 km from the border. Learn from my mistake and find a local solution closer to home. Overall, a disappointing experience. Will not be back.

Ordered Sept 16,2021. Received wrong item and returned Sept 20, seller has FAILED to respond to emails, seller opens case today (Oct 6) for the return tracking number. PER Ebay CS, seller received tracking number Sept 20 WHEN RETURN WAS PROCESSED, hence checking emails would help seller. BUT package still has not made it to seller as of Oct 6,2021 from USPS. POOR SELLER COMMUNICATION. 5 unanswered emails as of Oct 9,2021.

Placed an order through Wal-Mart website for my older Cuisinart food processor - work bowl & chopping blade. Both arrived, processing time was good, packaged well, parts fit & work, recommend seller - Thank you!

I ordered a product for my wash machine Electrolux drawer that’s supposed to keep the drawer in place. The first one did not work, I disputed it with Amazon Seneca sent me another one it did not work. Then I called the company directly they couldn’t find my order so they said they would send me another part when I got the part it was the wrong part so then I had to wait another week for them to send me the correct parts they also don’t work. They work for about a week and then they don’t keep the drawer close when the washer spins. Very poorly made. When I called them again they told me there’s nothing they could do for me that I’m probably closing the drawer too hard. If I could give them zero stars for customer service I would. They just don’t have a clue.
