Seneca Towers reviews
9The building is very clean. There's lots of activities here. The apartment is spacious. Wegman's bus comes every week and the food market truck comes every week. All windows have great views. Some apartments are very cold inside in the winter especially the river side. The garbage shute room is very smelly inside, they need to clean the room with bleach or pine sol. The hallways smell of cigarettes. The person that lives over me and the person lives next door to me smokes a lot. I don't smoke, it bothers me a lot. The person that live over me is noisy, after midnight he decides to make noise, when people is asleep. Laundry room is big, it's kept clean.
I don't know much about this place other than it is on the gorge and has amazing views. They only have efficiency and one bedroom apartments. I would definitely check them out if I were apartment hunting.
Seems to be are decent place to live your close to bus route close to a shopping good chain of restaurants
Apt too small for me. Have been here 21yrs. Need a 2 bedroom apt now. How do I go about doing that?
Seems clean and friendly. Seen other senior living rises, and this was a step above the rest. Security active at entrance and staff/ residents are wearing appropriate PPE.
The people who process rental applications at this place at this, at least in my case, appear to screen people and make value judgements based upon a set of preconceived notions that should no longer apply in times like these.
Is a very safe and friendly atmosphere and community to live in.lots of room and ammenities available.
Well it is not the Ritz. But you can't find a friendlier group of residents! I always get a kind "hello" when I visit here. I also see that the residents here try to help other residents.
People here are down to earth, regular folk.
The building has a mini market that offers fresh produce and grocery items. A Laundry room and a beauty shop are also located conveniently in the building.
I have never come to the building and not see housekeeping cleanig the floors or see maintenance crew working inside the building or keeping up the grounds.
There is also security at the door. Even though they know me, the will still request my ID.
