I love their crispy duck over rice. I can seriously eat it every day. I have tried their competitor next door and Senn Thai has a way more authentic taste. Min, the manager/owner is a joy. I'm so glad they survived the pandemic.

Yummy authentic Thai food, cozy fun vibes, and really kind wait staff, this hole in the wall is worth seeking out.

Love love love this place. The service was spectacular, even while they were very busy. The food was everything you could dream of.

I got so bad service in this restaurant. We got 7 people and they were not let us dine in while tables are empty. I talked with server who is working there, she looks at me head through toes and she said they didn’t have tables for 7 people. Later that I said we can separate 2 two table like 2 people and 5 people per tables and then she still said no we cannot dine in. I don’t understand if she don't want customers why you open the restaurant?

The large tom kha soup was only about 14 fl oz and only had about 7 large shrimps and 4 medium button mushrooms (no straw or shitake ones), which seems small for $15. It was very mild, slightly but not excessively sweet, and perfectly creamy, with one lime leaf. However, the large tom yum was 70% larger somehow, and actually served in a large bowl. I am an average 130-pound, very sedentary middle-aged woman, so I usually expect to leave full on $15 (excluding tax/tip). The duck salad was also on the small side, maybe 4oz of meat in a medium bowl with 2 sliced romaine leaves (they could have at least added more lettuce!) The larger person who ordered the tom yum was actually very satisfied, and all three dishes tasted satisfactory, with sufficient flavor!
There is a sink to wash hands outside of the bathroom, and thankfully, it did not smell like weed or smoke even outside on a nice day. People with a girth exceeding 38 inches may find the outdoor seating to be too tight.

Food tastes delicious but portions have shrunken considerably. Will be going elsewhere for Thai

The food was ok, the service was average. I usually tip 18% or 20% at a restaurant.

The #TipScale should be charge on Net-sales!
BUT they trying to charge tip on taxes.this is Tricky.
When you choose - Custom tipped 18% without tax they don’t happy means that still below standard percentage.

Voluntary gratuities that a customer leaves are not taxable!

Best crab fried rice ever! You have to get it. We always come here, this place is just amazing! The food, interior, menu, and the workers are really just fantastic. The food is also delicious indeed!

Best Thai on the UWS yet! Have been looking for a traditional Pad Krapow Gai and after trying numerous spots these guys crush it and aren’t afraid of the spice! Curry’s are great too.

We were wandering on Amsterdam and decided to stop by for some hot food … good gut feeling!

We ordered Tom Ka soup, the 5 spices beef broth and rice noodles with Thai basil, everything was delicious.

The young waitress was very nice and service was quite fast.
Good food for a good price

I always enjoy my meals here. This time I got the bamee moo dang and it’s a great option if you don’t want anything spicy. We also got the curry duck for the second time, worth coming back for. Another favorite if mine is their wonton soup. It’s not like the Chinese versions. I don’t know how to explain it, but it’s extra savory and delicious.

But waitresses! Usually main problem before today, were: we sort closing at 3 pm, so hurry up.
Today, Sunday. Sep. 18. The wattesses went over the edge. We order wrong dishes. Long day, school just start and. People made mistakes. Watress been very unpatient, doesn't to listen. Shovel dishes on corner of the table, serve youself. Never, ever got this in NYC. Of course no tips.
So when 2 tall girls working, that day better order delivery.

Fantastic food and good portions. We got the Kai soi and bamee duck and both were excellent.
