It’s a huge Sephora but always running out of all products. Always huge lines to check out

It feels dirty there: (definitely not the best location. If you in the area I would recommend to go to ULTA- the have much nicer store

Always came to 34 st location whenever I needed anything. Typically there were always nice and helpful when suggesting something new im looking for. However today i felt disrespected as someone who wanted to try new foundation for my skin!
1. Employe didn’t know if the product was hydrating and oily which is okay but she could have asked else one to help me. But no. Wanted to explain her exactly what i was looking since my skin became bit dry but she didn’t care to listen and was talking a in rude manners.
2. Was Asked if im here to buy the product or no in rude manner.

Probably the most unfriendly Sephora of them all. Nobody to assist you, when you ask someone, you don’t get answers. The young staff is clueless and sends you in circles. Got a shopping list of 10 items and nobody cares. Refers to me as „this guy“. Avoid!

Candy shop! Makeup, skin care, fragrance’s, and love to your self! Worst experience ever shopping at Sephora. Beware of the flashy pink hair lady at the Too Faced counter, she will be rude and have an attitude right from the start. She literally yelled at me “Are you going to buy? ” and repeated it 3 times! Damn, I was just trying to find the right brow pencil and literally rushing around the store, because many consultants were already busy or simply ignored me! Of course, if you wear jeans, you will probably not be noticed. But you're not a tourist to wear your best clothes on a normal day! I spent around $180 like I usually do every time I go to Sephora, but never again. Awful and rude.

Taught it was to much makeup and the lady that did my face was busy talking bad about her coworker. Did not impress me at all.

This is the worst Sephora in the city. It’s impossible to have a pleasant experience here. Most of the workers aren’t friendly and lack basic communication skills. Avoid this location!

Rude, and unprofessional Sales Associates. In this store.

Had gone in yesterday during the day and the experience was amazing. One of the Giorgio Armani representatives’ was absolutely sweet and considerate in helping both me and my mother with finding what we needed. Furthermore, I had a minor near-faint accident but every employee was able to help me, in which I sincerely appreciate. That you for this great experience, will go again!

They have an extensive line of products and the employees there are always willing to help you and answer your questions

I love this Sephora. It's one of the best locations I've been to. They even had the bottle of perfume that I love, but has been sold out everywhere including Macy's.

This is the worst place in the world, the employees are nasty it’s a shame to be in the same store as them they treat people based on how they are dressed and how they speak English, I wish I can give this place a 0 Out Of 10.

Pretty busy Sephora near Herald Square. Not a pleasant experience for shopping since you’re bumping into each other constantly.
