Cosmetics Store SEPHORA reviews
18 Five stars for Elsie all the way!
She provided full service, addressed all of my concerns, made great recommendations & provided samples… it was like Fifth Avenue on Columbus.she has a loyal client in me!
I advise others to stay far away from this store, it was very unprofessional and was constantly treated with no respect. I experienced very inappropriate remarks especially from the cashiers telling me I don’t know how to use a credit card and belittling me. Overall a very horrible place.
The people working in this location are good at what they do. The recommended the best products, not necessarily the most expensive ones. I found my favorite eyebrow pencil and gel. They care. One example is my face mask broke so I used my hand to hold it up. One employee asked me whether I would like to get a new one.
Kat or Cat (not sure the spelling) was incredibly rude. I was walking around testing products enjoying myself and she came up to me and accused me of opening products and told me I need to make sure I was using the tester. This completely ruined my mood as I was just trying some new TESTER products and had done nothing wrong. If she had actually been paying attention I was using the testers the whole time. I have been shopping at Sephora for years I’m not a child and I know how to use testers and that you’re not supposed to open new products. I can’t help but believe that this interaction was caused by my appearance and tattoos. I overheard other customers complaining as well nobody there seem to want to help but wanted to just complain to customers. I should have asked her to point out which product i opened and made her look foolish but I didn’t want to cause a scene. I did call corporate so I hope Cat will be spoken to and taught not to judge a book by its cover. I didn’t even want to continue with my transaction after my interaction with her but I really needed my perfume and mascara.if I didn’t I would’ve left right then and there. And after reading the other reviews on this page it seems like I’m not the only one who has gone through this. Do better cat God doesn’t like ugly
This is the only location where cashiers don't tell me I have 10$ off unless I specifically tell them I want them redeemed. Really unprofessional and not customer- friendly. What's the point of me to ask about my points and put in my phone number then? Other locations are much nicer, people ask me "would you like to redeem your points? ". But at this location, the cashier just said "yeah. You have points". Without telling me I was entitled to 10$ off. That's pure laziness.
By far the worst Sephora I’ve been to. I had to search for someone to help me and when I finally found someone she was texting and seemed annoyed that I asked for help. She helped me with one thing but left me to find a foundation match on my own. There was only one employee who was helpful in the store. Not a great shopping experience and I’ll never go back.
Employees completely ignore everyone looking for help to gossip among themselves. When I asked the one employee who seemed to be doing her job if anyone else could help me she said “I’m busy, I’m working on someone else. ” Yes I can see that…but nobody else is paying attention to me. It’s a shame this place is literally around the corner from me and I’d like to frequent it, but probably not. Edit to add: Ellie was very helpful once I got her attention. I came back a second time to buy a clay mask and some primer and it was a lot better, so I’m changing it to 3 stars. Seems to depend on the time of day.
I came in to shop for a family member and was left with a very underwhelming experience. The management was standing around showing very little interest in helping and when they did provide assistance, I felt a level of attitude in the process.
While shopping around at this establishment i was met with crass and nasty attitude by, what i found out to be the assistant manager, Ana. She gave me little to no help and made it seem like i was bothering her. This is a place where people come to feel beautiful and to have such a person with a ugly energy and attitude is disgraceful. Sephora do better. If she’s rude to guests i can only imagine the tyrant she is to those poor workers.
Worst Sephora store. No items in stock, and the assistant is not helping all the time.here, it is common to stand alone in the middle of the store and feel isolated. They will not answer you unless you increase your voice volume, and the answer is not helpful. Mostly you will hear “no we don’t have it” or “if it’s not there, it’s sold out”
I have been to this store multiple times to purchase various makeup products (due to convenience). However, feel like they tend to racial profile customers who are people of color. They make the shopping experience feel extremely uncomfortable. I am a professional. I am a human being. Treat me as such. It is 2022. Sephora HAS to make organizational changes to end racial profiling customers. I am quite certain that I am not the only person of color experiencing this.
I booked a makeup appointment ahead of a wedding I was attending, and I couldn't have been happier with the results. Larissa was amazing and created a perfect look within my 1-hour session. The look lasted all day and night, photographed well, and made me feel really confident and beautiful. I highly recommend seeing her for this service!
Everyone was friendly, they have a good product collection, shelves are organized and clean
Stop profiling customers. I am a rouge customer and was disgusted by the treatment I received in this store. Once I entered the store I was followed throughout the store, talked about on the walkie talkie, and asked if I needed help at every corner. As a doctor, you judged me based on my skin color and assumed I was going to steal. Your staff needs bias training.
Come here often. When it comes to make up ect. I like to see it first. Staff very friendly, store layout organized, check out quick. They have most stuff you can find on the website and if they don't they can get it for you next day.
Such a great experience every time I come here and Kat is working. Super patient, helping me select a new/perfect scent and really professionally fielding multiple simultaneous requests from other patrons. Definitely will return and request Kat’s support!
Thank you Daniel for the quick and perfect color match for a powder made the experience 10x easier for me
I've always loved their makeup. Had to go buy some Fenty beauty makeup. Its worth. And great service. Truly a awesome place to shop. Makeup, (Men's N Women's) perfumes skin care products and, hair care products too.
