SEPHORA, Brooklyn NY

Sephora is my Go To for my beauty needs (facial and fragrance) but on today I was set on replacing my YSL Black Opium. Chassidy was my beauty specialist and she introduced me to multiple Fragrances that if I was to walk throughout the store I would not think to try myself and every single last one was a Hit! They each smelled so good that I put back the YSL and got two out of the seven she had me smell.
She is great, I enjoyed the conversation and will be looking for her next time I go.

Supply chain issues.shoplifting epidemic.labor shortages, whatever the reason, every time I go there, the store is out of the product, and I end up ordering it online.

Court street Brooklyn Sephora always on point, even though some of their Make up Representatives are young they have the Knowledge and understand of mature skin and the need for the proper products always excellent service thank you

Too expensive, and poor customer service, the majority of the employees except a nice guy that his name is August, but he wasn't there this last time.

Haven't been in the store for years. Liked the organization and staff were friendly and helpful

There is always an insanely long line here and not enough people working on cash (but employees always elsewhere in the store). I live nearby, have come here five times, and this has happened every time. Not sure why they haven’t addressed the problem.

Staff Greeting when I walked in the door, and offered assistance right away. The Staff took their time to assist me and gave me suggestionsand tips.

The Worst customer service ever you got ppl in there nobody wants to assist you.only way this location works for you is if you don’t need any assistance or order to pick up!

Wish they had Insta tox. They don't carry it. Its still a great place for perfumes makeup and skincare.

Cool! Sephora in PL, and in the US is a completely different level. I've been to the states twice and visited many Sephora drugstores, each time the service was very polite, helpful and very professional, and the assortment does not disappoint

I was told that a passport is not id, and that I needed a driver license to locate my new sephora account. Sephora and Comenity bank disagree. Wasted an hour of my time in that store.

Shout out to this whole store. Every single employee was genuinely kind and knowledgeable, and I was not getting premium items. I didn’t catch the name of the woman with short blonde hair that helped me find products but she was a godsend. Also the woman who talked to me about perfume while I was in line. Raises for everyone! Such a great experience.

No one answers their colleagues to assist in finding products. Dozens of staff on the floor yet the line for register is LITERALLY 20 people deep. Not managed well. Everyone was very nice though.

Terrible customer service. I have only been there once in the past year because the current employees there are awful. I’d rather travel to Manhattan. They ignored me for 10 minutes then when I asked for help with a perfume pretended to look (didn’t go through draws or check another store) couldn’t be bothered to suggest another scent. It’s my closest store so it sucks.
